Little Cesar's ownership will ignore this like many companies ignore their poor workers conditions and the long waits for a service or product that results from it which impacts me, the consumer. Why do you only have 1 freaking person serving multiple orders??!! I know because the worker told me when I asked about my oder. There is currently a line of 8 people in front of me wairing for their orders. Also, I ordered on the app at 2:32 PM for a 5:15 PM pickup and it's 5:45 PM and I still don't have my pizza. This is not the fault of the 1 worker being alone (which is why I would give 5 stars for the worker and the 1 star in this review for ownership). It is the fault of the ownership for not hiring enough people and sacrificing service in the process. This is ridiculous so I will no longer get pizza from Little Cesar's but will buy it from the grocery store where I won't receive a false premise to receive an order at a time for an order I made almost 3 hours in advance. If Little Cesar ownership doesn't care about my time then I don't care to support their business with my hard earned money. Also, I don't get this at any other establishment with an app to order in advance. Screen shots are in the attachment (Also, you can see in one attachment it being 5:45 and my pizza is still not in the oven or even started). ย ย ย Read moreBy far the worst experience I have ever had at a little Ceasarโs. When I say I actually waited over an hour for a pizza I am not joking. Got in at 11 am and itโs currently 11:55. All for 1 pizza too. One hot and ready. Except every online order that came in she decided to take care of first. So after sitting for 40 minutes it was finally my turn just to order. When I got up I ordered a hot and ready but fresh because she tried to hand me the pizza that had been sitting inside the heater for well over the time I was there. I told her no I would like a fresh pizza. Me working at little Ceasarโs I know it doesnโt take 15 minutes longer to get a hot and ready out. So after the 15 minutes I ask where is my pizza I canโt waste my whole lunch break here. She said โyou wanted a fresh one so thatโs what I did is make a fresh one, it will only take 5 minutes. That was 15 minutes after I paid. She was too concerned on taking the online orders and getting those out to give me a hot and ready or even order. Watched people walk in and out as I sat waiting just to order a single pizza. Which I would have gladly taken one of the ones that was already but for waiting so long I knew those pizzas were old and trash. Under staffed, terrible wait time for a hot and ready, under trained employees. Very very very sad experience at little Ceasarโs today. 1 hour for a single pepperoni pizza is a great way to upset customers and lose business. Read my warning and go to dominoes or a local pizza...

I found the driver still outside, she tried to pull away as I was trying to ask her for it, telling me โit was up to me to call the store it was made inโ. I said that couldnโt be the customerโs responsibility, could she please call or handle it, and she finally said yes and drove away. I called the Caesarโs that made the food (2639 Windmill, Las Vegas), and for 10 minutes got no answer and finally hung up on 3 times. When someone answered that I could finally hear it was an incredibly rude woman who seemed angry at ME for the phone issues and proceeded to yell at me about it before she heard why I had called. Finally, when I explained the driver had forgotten the soda, she told me to call Doordash management, because they โdidnโt handle thatโ. I explained the driver had told me to call THEM for the same reason. She got angrier, finally telling me she was โDOING ME A FAVORโ by calling them to correct the situation.
