I drove there in my 30 minute break which took me 8 minutes one way, ordered one bean, rice and cheese burrito and one beefy Fritos burrito. Asked the person taking my order to make it quick because I’m on my break, says okay and I’m waiting. 8 minutes of waiting I ask the guy how much longer it’s gonna be, he says they’re just gonna start making my order because they had to attend to ALL the orders in drive thru first. I politely ask for my refund back to which he goes to the back for a good minute, comes back and says the manager said I couldn’t get a refund because it’s only been 7 minutes ( this is what politeness will get you in the world of customers yelling/ cursing/ fighting the employees). I tell him I can’t eat that since It’s gonna take me 7 minutes to get back to work and the foods gonna be cold after work. I asked to speak with the manager so she comes over and says she can get me my refund. Takes the food bag (which the employee had just brought out) swiftly as if I was gonna steal it. Anyways she gives me my refund but in cash (I’m guessing she did this out of spite) instead of refunding it back to my card, so now I wasted my break, wasted gas, wasted my time, and I’m carrying change in my pocket now so thanks. And im gonna have to waste that all over again when I go to deposit the extra money I don’t like to carry around in the bank. Would not recommend for break time but I guess they’ll be okay if you’ve got an hour to kill and can’t go...

Except all items were made incorrect with items I specifically said to take out.And on top of that my drink was all carbonation no syrup. The girl knew it was out but didn’t bother to ask for something else so I went inside and changed it. I took a bite of my foot only to find out these didn’t follow simple instructions. No lettuce no tomato, took it back in to have it fixed and the guy walked off before I could say what was even wrong with it. Tried calling him and he just looked at me and looked away to proceed with making it. Obviously they did it wrong again. I told him and his way of fixing it was giving me Cinnomon twists. I’m allergic to cinnamon! Needless to say $10 down the drain along with my whole lunch break. It’s not rocket science it’s simple instructions so I don’t understand how it can’t be followed?? Ontop of that ppl were touching cards and cash and using the same gloves to make food!!! Lady took my card and proceeded to make my drink and touching the lid and cup and then went back to make food without changing her gloves. Everything agents health code. Don’t come to this location. The order taker seemed to have a friend chatting away so he could not hear my simple question repeated 3 times, I asked if he could hear me, he told me to hold on [i could still hear this girl yapping on about some personal BS] then he came back but the wild cherry freeze was out so I had to scratch the combo and they seemed distracted every step of the way, THEN this same person made a bizarre almost menacing stare/attempt to make eye contact THROUGH the drive-through window as they handed it to me, not the same person who took my payment either. This fella had a "I spit in your food and I want you to know" look in his eye, & I'm sorry to say I won't be eating a single bite of it for health and safety reasons. I see you have a policy that wants that smile/eye contact service, but this was no ordinary experience. I almost didn't want to take the bag from him, he came across as insincere and untrustworthy. It wasn't anything about his appearance [he was a well-kempt young man], this is directly related to the difficulty ordering, the time it took with NO CARS AHEAD & then that look! I'll never go back to that particular location ever again....
