Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Henderson

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I placed an order on the app for delivery. I ordered a turkey sandwich for my daughter and received a roast beef sandwich which my daughter can not eat.

I called the store to inform them about their mistake and the manager Leandra told me she understands how that mistake can happen. So she told me she would give me a credit for the sandwich. When I asked her to Deliver the correct sandwich she told me that I will have to pay another delivery fee because they delivered me something. The manager also stated if we come in person, there will be no fee.

So then I told her I don’t agree with paying another delivery fee then she said “do you want the sandwich or not?”

I went to the location to pick up the sandwich and I was told Pay the additional charge or you don’t get the sandwich. Then I asked for a manager higher than her and she said they’re not here and I can’t give you their information. I continued to tell her how I should not be charged twice for something I already paid for and her response was this is how we do things here.

She was very snippy and full of attitude in front of my small children and laughing in our faces. She then said what are you going to do because we’re closed now. So we left the location without the sandwich that we paid for.

I don't want to sound like a total kiss ass lol, but tonight was the first time I have ever eaten and had delivery from Jimmy John's and I truly could not be more satisfied with my ENTIRE experience! Mark, my order Taker, was very friendly and insanely helpful, plus the over all tone he expressed was quite enjoyable. Then within 15 minutes of ordering, my meal had come and the man (whose name I'm unsure of / long hair, tall) was also ridiculously friendly! He smiled the entire time and even laughed at my cheesy joke of them being "freaky fast" haha THEN to top off this amazing experience, the food was just undeniably delicious! The meat was so fresh and filling, plus the bread was perfect texture ( and trust me I am super picky! - that's why I'm writing this review because this "genuinely satisfied" feeling very rarely happens with food or delivery for me! Lol ) plus the drink was well mixed and had that ice that was that small crushed kind that gets your soul all happy :) not to mention the cookie that was a warm and chewy delight! It was all so perfect and I really appreciate every one who helped shaped this experience for me! Update:

I contacted the manager the night of the order and he told me he would refund my credit card for this purchase, it never happened. Why even tell a customer you'll refund them if you have no intentions of doing so - just another confirmation we're done with this Jimmy John's - NOT a good way to do business.

Response from Jimmy John's Owner: "Sorry we let you down! Our meats are portioned by weight, not by slice. All Originals are on the lighter side, if you dig more meat we suggest trying one of our Favorites!"

My response: To the owner of Jimmy John's: a #12 Beach Club IS a FAVORITE, and not an Original, if you consider that MORE meat, I can't imagine what an Original looks like - 1 slice of turkey for an entire sandwich? Sad you don't know your own menu!

I placed an order on-line, a #12 Beach Club for over $9, Jimmy John's ALMOST put some turkey on the sandwich. The sandwich was cut in half, upon opening the half there was only 1 slice of turkey on half of that half, so 1/4 of the sandwich had NO meat at all. Examined the other half and same thing.
