PT's Gold — Restaurant in Henderson

Family came in from out of town and I chose this bar for us to meet at. The guy helping us was great he did his best with the huge party I brought….. why am I giving two stars? The girl with the black hair told me I couldn’t gamble at a particular machine bc she had a regular that would be rite back; mind you I didn’t have any money in the machine at the time..& when I explained that I didn’t have money in the machine and was ordering a beer she seem to get upset… she went and spoke to the guy behind the bar then came back to me and asked me if I was good? I immediately walked away. While thinking why is this girl being so rude I realized I went to school with this person almost 20 years ago and that’s what the attitude was about. I had my family members from KC here and refused to let her pull me out of character. When my mom wanted to gamble I took her to the farthest end of the bar… she put 20$ in and I put 10$ in my machine. I hit$70. I went to tip the guy and he basically refused my tip bc I asked him to comp my second beer….We left shortly after. Won’t be back. We ordered plenty food and left a great tip for the server. Lastly I will say the girl with the black hair was giving high fives and talking of her “melanin” with other patrons but we are the only blacks in...

I frequently go to PTs in vegas its my favorite happy hour. My experience at this PTs was very very poor. I have never had an issue with getting my drinks comped while gambling i asked the bartender pasquale about why one of my drinks wasnt comped and he went to look up how much i spent. It wasnt a big deal but i ended up with nothing. I was with a friend and she felt we werent provided the service we deserve as well. We asked for plastic silverware instead of regular silverware and he questioned it as if we were in the wrong. I didnt even get all of my change back after i paid. Even though it was a very small amount its the principal behind it. Once again I love PTs I just will never go to this location again. Nice location. Nice layout of the property. Female bartenders very nice looking and friendly. They have many many many TVs throughout the place even one in the outdoor seating area. Outdoor seating area has a firepit with bar height stools around it. Besides seats at the bar with gaming there are tables and booths near there. There is another area with booths, tables and what I call sharing counters with stools. In another room with 2 pool tables and a golden tee are more tables. The patrons here were having a good time visiting with each other and won a couple of higher payouts on the machine on Keno.
