Our first visit (my girlfriend and I) came in about 25 minutes before closing. Host walked away as we came in the door and we stood there for about 8 minutes. A manager finally came and asked if we were picking up a to-go order. We said we would like to dine in, and she said "we close in in 7 minutes". We said okay and walked out.
2nd visit: Our server Rial was not friendly. She was condescending when I asked whether the lemonade was fresh or from concentrate and seemed to not want to answer my questions. We ordered drinks and got them without issue. When she came back, we ordered an appetizer (mozzarella sticks) and our meals. The appetizer didn't arrive until 5 minutes after our burgers, after the nice worker named Cindy dropped off our food. She went to the kitchen and let them know about the appetizer missing. 4 of the restaurant staff were talking amongst each other in the kitchen - maybe that's why our appetizer was forgotten.
The burgers tasted good, the mozzarella sticks did not. Not sure if it was the marinara sauce or the breading. I got food poisoning right there in the restaurant as well. Throughout the meal, we had to ask our server for napkins twice since she never gave us any. She offered no refills on our garlic fries or drinks. Speaking of which, the garlic fries were sub-par and had little to no garlic. The only thing Rial did right was offer a replacement drink when my girlfriend asked for a tea refill, as they had apparently run out of iced tea and it takes 15 minutes to brew the 5 gallon batch.
Our server checked on her other tables often, while skipping over us. Her demeanor is not server-like in the slightest, for reasons such as not even apologizing for not giving us napkins the first nor second time we asked. No apology for failing to put in the order for the appetizer either. We had to get up and walk over to her to ask to pay because she was more focused on finishing her side work than helping her customers (our payment terminal was dead).
The music playing in the restaurant was awful (80s and 90s mainly, and not the good ones). The men's restroom was filthy, with urine caked on the floor and the counter covered in hard water stains. There was a toilet bowl brush under the counter in plain sight.
We will not be visiting this location again. Our hunch was to go to the Summerlin location but didn't want to drive 20 minutes each way. The management here has no idea what they're doing. Cindy deserves to be a server, she is kind and genuine. Rial does not have what is required. My girlfriend is a server, she knows what good and bad service is. And I know from years of eating at dine-in restaurants. And this was my worst non-fast food restaurant experience in at least 5 years.
Avoid this place. Go to the Red Robin in Downtown Summerlin, it's 5x better. Jesse the bartender there is an example of a...
Read moreI stand corrected on my last review. I gave them two stars back in 2021.
I have no problem admitting that given a second chance I was completely wrong about this location. and I'm 1 million percent glad I gave them another chance.
I can't say enough about this location. I am writing this review to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional support and empathy demonstrated by Ray and Kayla, esteemed members of the Red Robin team, during a recent challenging time for my family.
In the wake of the loss of our beloved dog, Ray and Kayla exhibited not only remarkable empathy but also displayed their amazing personalities, which brought warmth and comfort to an otherwise difficult situation. Their outstanding customer service extended far beyond the call of duty, reflecting their unwavering dedication to our patrons and the values that Red Robin has as a company.
Ray and Kayla's exemplary support not only eased our burden but also exemplified the core values of empathy, kindness, and professionalism that are the cornerstone of our company culture. Their commitment to providing exceptional service and support to both colleagues and customers alike is truly commendable and makes them an absolute asset to Red Robin.
I firmly believe that Ray and Kayla's exceptional display of empathy, coupled with their outstanding personalities and customer service skills, deserves recognition on a company-wide scale. Their dedication to fostering a positive and supportive environment within our workplace community sets a standard for excellence that we should all strive to emulate.
The food was cooked to perfection. The manager which unfortunately I forget his name was also amazing.
Ray and Kayla's remarkable contributions and in acknowledging their invaluable role in make Red Robin a place where I as a customer feel valued and supported.
I really hope management sees this and considers this recommendation for recognition.

Read moreThis experience was absolutely enjoyable! Ray was the manager who greeted us and made sure we felt at home every step of the way! He maintained complete confidence within his team and infused the impression upon us instantly! Maybe since I believed it, it became so, or maybe Ray was just so on point in accuracy regarding his team, that his statement could not have reflected as anything but facts; I couldn't tell you for certain either way... All I know with my interesting or odd theories set aside was that our dining experience was awesome, and that goes without any doubt! We've been to Red Robin many times - some good experiences and some, less than adequate. But hey, when it comes to ratios, it's a "large numbers with a larger likely chance of something going wrong" kind of thing... (I realize there are probably 109 different phrases I could have used more commonly recognized which means the same thing, but- well, I'll be honest, I butcher every catch phrase I ever attempt, so I just create my own instead.... Oh, back to the Red Robin post...) Where was I?... AH, yes! - So... This time, the dine-in visit could have easily been the one to redeem any past experiences of mediocrity that were ever before encountered... or possibly it could be the ranch and steak fries that we just can't seem to get away from regardless the serving experience... I'll have to ponder on this, but I'll finish my post first, don't worry. Our server was pleasant, attentive, and humorous. The manager, Ray, went far beyond our expectations, and my family and I will definitely be back another time! 10 out of 10, bravo! Their team all deserve a Cupcakery cupcake from their neighboring establishment... more on them on a different post, however... no glory hogging during Red Robin time! Lol "Red Robin...
