First time trying Starbucks and it will be my last. I purchased a venti cappuccino through their drive thru. I was the ONLY customer in the drive thru and there was nobody inside and it took them 10 minutes to make my drink. When I finally received it, it was LITERALLY filled 1/4 of the way with very little froth. Of course, before they handed me the drink I was handed a tablet asking if I would like to leave a tip, which I did, seeing this was my first time and thought I would be a polite customer. If I knew how much they filled the cup I would have given it back to them and demanded a refund. In total, I spent over $11 for a 1/4 of what I paid for. I don't think they knew how to even make a proper cappuccino seeing what I received was basically black coffee. I've bought a better cappuccino at the gas station down the road for $3 for the exact same size. They've lost a new customer and would advise others to NOT waste their hard earned money on these crooks just to get...

The cashier stated it was 2% milk, I ask for another drink with non fat milk because I had stated non fat in my order. As I am sitting there another worker walks up to the cashier & says it's non fat. Two more cashiers walk up & it turns into a debate, rudeness, smirks, basically I was dealing with drama filled unprofessional workers over 1 drink. One worker not wearing a mask joins in with a comment as if she was trying to instigate a issue. All these hands on 1 drink that could have been so easily corrected. We get to the window and the girl only heard 1 frappuccino, but she went ahead and rung us up for another one righ there at the window and we had our second frappuccino within minutes. Also, I went there yesterday (I figured the hype would be down by now) and I went in and out of the line within 15 minutes. Only reason it took so long is there was a "Karen" in front of us.
