Sooooo... I placed an order online for a Togo order. Hours of operation for online ordering on the site stated 10am-11:50pm. Order went thru.. payment was completed. Wait time estimated at 45 min with a confirmation number for my order. My husband drives to pick up our order and the bartender has no idea what he is talking about. He said his kitchen had been closed since 10pm due to staff shortage. He told my husband there was no manager on duty to address this issue. My husband is told to come back after noon the next day. He did and refund was issued. So I go to look on the website and nothing's been changed. You can still place your order like I did last night. I don't understand why they don't correct this problem to prevent this from happening again. I'm not even going into the inconvenience that it caused us last night. And I didn't order it from DoorDash. I didn't order it from Caviar. I selected the business site itself. There were 3 options on which platform to order your food from. That was my first and last time having anything to do with that place. If your kitchen closes at 10:00 change the time on your online ordering system. It can't be that hard. No harder than having-the-inconvenience-of-ordering-food-and-having-my-money-taken-and-having-to-go-pick-it-up-and-having-it-not-be-there. Fix your online ordering system so other people don't have to go through what I did....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFor inauthentic food, honestly itās not half bad. Overall Wahoos has delectable food for reasonable prices. The service is sketchy fast, literal minutes from order to prepared dishes. The atmosphere at the Henderson location is usually laid back, wide open and pretty clean.
The employees on the other hand are hit or miss. Iāve had run ins with wrong order given to me for carry away, when home I realized the mistake, called & immediately the lady who took my order wanted to ARGUE with me. I wasnāt playing any blame games. Just wanted my order, I live 8 minutes away and they were going to close in an hr, needless to say we got stuck with a spicy meal we didnāt order or eat, the next day I called to let the manager know we paid 40+ $ for the wrong meal. Didnāt mention his rude staff, but the manager admitted, his staff had called him after I spoke with her about the wrong order and he told her to fix the issue which she took it upon herself not to do. I guess thatās a thing, anyway he fixed the issue but really made a big stink about a small mistake that happened to be on their end. immature...

We went on a Saturday at dinner time about 2 months ago and there was no one at the register to take our order. We had to wait 5 minutes for someone to show up. The food was good though, so we gave the place the benefit of the doubt. We went back last Saturday, again for dinner, hoping it would be a better experience. Unfortunately, it was even worse. Again, there was no one at the register when we got there (and there was another family ahead of us also waiting). The manager walked over from the bar and went to the back to get someone, which took at least 5 minutes. We sat down and waited for our food, which came out at 3 separate times, so we didn't get to enjoy our meal together for fear the food we had gotten would get cold. I would have told the manager how disappointed we were as we left, but there was no one at the counter to speak to so instead I wrote this review. We'll try the location on Eastern and hope it's better, because we won't be returning...
