The Wendys had a Drive Thru, but did not offer a $1 menu. The Woman taking my order was a little testy. A hamburger was $1.26. It was sad. There wasn't a pickle, and the Onion was 3 long tendrils of mushy onions. No ketchup or mustard to speak of... little burger, soggy bun, that smushed under my fingers... maybe it's what I should expect getting the lowest cost item on menu... BUT, the Drive Thru Window was the WORST!! Obviously not Cleaned Up in last Week Plus. The Window Presentation was dereserved by a Hamburger order, but it could have been a $30 order and it would look the same! Everyday, the person at Drive thru should Clean the Outside of the Window so they KNOW what they look like framed in the Window and the Reflection on them... looks like someone ran into the window frame... they should have ordered a new one that day or get some construction guy to frame over it if it was going to be awhile before it came in. I got here and saw the line. Not bad, but I decided to go to the restroom before placing my order. I come back and all the same people are waiting for their food. One said she had been waiting 20 minutes before I even got here. The employees were very friendly and working very hard, but all of the orders were going out at the drive-thru. Dining room was obviously not a priority. According to the time stamp on my receipt, it was 12 minutes for me from the time I placed my order and the time I got my food. The burger was fine, but the fries all have what look to be charred, burnt crumbs all over them. Not pepper or seasoning. Another customer asked about it and they told her they were all like that and could do nothing about it. (Clean your fryers?) And yes, they make the fries taste burnt.
