They’re getting one star from me because it’s required, however if it was left up to me I’d leave 0. We recently moved to this area my husband loves Wendy’s so we visited this location three times and every time it’s been something. Dry, rude customer service the first time, the second time they didn’t properly wrap our burgers so they were basically just in the bag but today was the final straw and I’m never going back. I went through the drive through and waited about 3-5 minutes after paying for my order….so I’m assuming because of the small wait my food would be fresh, as I exit the parking lot I check my fries and they were cold and stiff as if they had been sitting for hours! So I remove the burger and chicken nuggets from the bag and take the fries back in and ask for fresh on I sat the bag of cold fries on the counter. So they prepared my fresh fries and bring them to me in no bag or anything. I get home my husband unwraps the burger and there was an onion just thrown on there a small dot of ketup the cheese was still and pattys were stiff with white spots I can’t even describe my level of anger and disgust, needless to say he ended up with chicken nuggets and fries. I’m definitely going to contact corporate, there’s no reason people should go here and pay there money for food that isn’t suitable for an animal to eat. Read moreI love Wendy's dbl n triple burgers. Always have. I came to this particular Wendy's bcs I was having my tire repaired at Pep Boys. So, I spent my waiting moments in the restaurant. Something was definitely different. Couldn't put my finger on it. 2nd visit to this Wendy's was thru the drive thru. The order valet was out-of-order. Not a problem. I drove up to the window, and this huge white guy took my order. I repeated my order 4 times. He said that the machine is out-of-order. Or we're all out or the supply didn't come in yet. So I ordered the double cheese burger. Nothing else. Please don't get me wrong, I love Wendy's. Always have. Always will. Just NOT THIS ONE.
PS: The reason for no stars and one star on the food is that the service and atmosphere simply didn't deserve a star. It was that bad. The one star on the food was for the 15-minute wait just for the burger. I asked the big guy how much longer. They're done, he says. They're wrapping it. Read moreThe quality of the food and service you receive at the Wendy's located at 400 S Boulder Hwy is always a gamble. If you're lucky (which is rare there) your order will be hot and tasty. The service is always slower than slow (five-years experience). I'm imagine the servers are in the corner hiding and pulling straws to determine who will serve you. My last order was the worst meal I've ever had. The fries were cold and hard like plastic and the Baconator was terrible also. I wish I had been a code inspector that day. My meal was worse than a cold burger from an old-fashioned vending machine. I got a new order of fries, but the only way my meal could have been worse is if they spit on it. Minimum wage is less than what I paid for that inedible meal. I walked out of the restaurant and went to McDonalds and haven't been back to Wendy's. I was too angry to get a refund. Good service is more than just speaking in a cordial tone. I expect reasonably prompt service and a good hot meal. That's the least you deserve when you pay for a meal.
