So I really hate doing this, however our experience was terrible ☹️ we hardly ever get to do date night because of our crazy schedules so since we were able to we decided to go to Demos as my boyfriend has always liked it and he's a big steak fan. So we get there, sit down, cool. Our booth was nice and cozy, this is going great! We wait a moment and our server comes up, very sweet young lady (didn't get her name) she got our drink order however it took a long time to get them... 2 bar drinks and 2 sodas.... Never got my soda but what ever it's cool... We needed a few minutes to order food but she really didn't come back until much later, but still no problem she's got another table,we good. She gets our food order and did inform us it'll take a extra minute or 2 because we asked for ceasar salads vs regular house, ok no problem! She did promise us early bread..... The salads and bread took another how ever long... We ordered some really nice steaks based on the managers suggestion, so we asked for our steaks right below medium.. they came out medium well... I asked for them to be recooked, they apologized, took the steaks and they went to cook more. The cook seemed to be arguing with the manager as we had clear vision of them through the window.. maybe, maybe not? Time goes by... Manager brings the second set of steaks..... His was perfect, mine over cooked and it has a hair! 🤦🏼♀️ I told the manager what ever I'll deal but at this point I have lost my appetite.... He comped our meal which is great, but I don't want free food I came for good food and sadly we didn't get it.. the bread and rolls were good when we finally got them 🤷🏼♀️ I have 2 stars because the manager did comp our food, however it was a pretty horrible hour and a half experience unfortunately we will not be...
Read moreA 4.2? A very bad first impression on a first time restaurant dining. I would rather have Fazoli's than waste my money on this place ever again. 1.) Neither of the 4 host ( or maybe a server or two ) at the host stand knew what they were doing at all. Took then probably in my best guess, 30 seconds to even acknowledge us as we stood directly in their faces at the stand. I am pregnant and rather wanted to sit at a booth to be more comfortable, she ( the host ) said okay and stormed off leaving our menus at the table went and grabbed a towel from i believe the kitchen and wiped off our booth.. leaving us appealing clueless as we stood at the table. 2.) Our server was so serious and impolite, rolling her eyes at my fiancee and rushing the process. 3.) I ordered cheese toast and specifically asked if regular bread comes with, reply was yes.. then later had to ask for the bread again to actually receive the product. Lastly coming in strong at 4.) Kroger's has better alfredo in the frozen food isle. The noodles were hard and tasted completely off. Also my fiancee's steak was a very serious piece of slow cooked roast beef. The only thing good that happened here tonight was the Bud Light. Thank you. We will never be back again. I am very sorry I am being that guy but I feel the need to let somebody of authority know there are a few, probably many more things that need to fixed....

Their sweet tea is spot on…if you like southern sweet tea, so bonus points there. The complimentary bread had great flavor and was warm and fresh.
We ordered a kids spaghetti (no complaints). Although it looked like normal boring spaghetti the kid at it without complaint. We also had the blackened chicken pasta with Louisiana cream sauce. This dish had an excellent flavor and was a decent portion. I put Louisiana and spice together and figured it would have some heat; the dish was flavorful but zero spice. The last dish wasn’t much to write home about. It was their salad soup combo. The salad reminded me of a cheap bag of iceburg lettuce mix with the occasional shredded carrot. There were no other veggies …just lettuce. The homemade ranch was really good though. And now for their soup. Hmm, I know this place prides itself on this dish but honestly it wasn’t that good. Yep I said it. The soup was bland and super watery which reminded me of water with a hint of chicken stock. The chicken reminded me thick deli sliced chicken breast, also zero flavor, the rice also bland and no seasoning. Overall, I enjoyed the restaurant and I would recommend it…I gave it 5-stars. As for their “famous”’soup,...
