I wish I could give this location zero stars. Please just shut the location down, get new management and employees. The line wrapped around the building for drive thru isn't signifying that the service and food are beyond amazing, it signifies that the employees and management are too incompetent to run a business. We went inside today, since the line outside was almost to the road, and immediately realized we should've went somewhere else. After ordering my food and drinks, the employees just stood around, eating donuts and drinking their drinks without making any orders. The girl at the cash register didn't have a clue what was going on, and didn't know how to bag anything. I even overheard one of the drive thru attendants tell a customer they "didn't have time to make a dozen donuts". When I finally received my order, the food was cold, and I was missing half of my it, and when I told the person at the register, they took my receipt, looked in the bag and said it was all there. No, I ordered 4 wake up wraps and a sandwich, I had 1 wake up wrap and a sandwich. Another 10 minutes pass and I finally get 3 more wraps, none were correct, and were literally just thrown together, not even resembling a wrap. I've been to this location in the past and had decent service, but there last two experiences are my last. Paid $20 for cold food, and for my family to...
Read moreEdit 9 months later: One star. I absolutely will not be back to this location. I had a pickup order. The coffee they served me made me sick with one sip. So sick, I had to visit the ER. IDK if someone put something in it purposely or if the milk in it was bad, but I won't be back. I've contacted corporate about this issue. I'm still a fan of Dunkin - just not this location.
I enjoy the courteous staff here! Being a new resident to Tennessee, they definitely made an excellent impression on me. One thing I would love to suggest is that they improve their cleanliness standards.
I spotted - from the drive thru - people making drinks without their hair in ponytails, without hats or hairnets, and without using gloves making drinks and grabbing food. This is unacceptable. During a pandemic people are already uncertain about the stability of the environments in which they are in, let alone dine in. One young woman with dyed red hair was OUTSTANDING. But she had her hair hanging while making my drink. What if her hair would have fallen in my drink? That's not a good look. I spotted another gentleman touching everything within reach without gloves and then using his bare hand to place a doughnut inside of a bag....
Read moreI have tried this place a few times since moving back to the area. My first visit, I waited at the counter for 12 mins, from which I actually started counting, before I was even greeted. I ended up leaving and ordering nothing. The second visit, my son and I had yet another long wait at the counter, only to be greeted by a young man who was rolling his eyes and sighing that he couldn't get help to the counter. When he touched a donut holes with his bare hand and gave it to customer, we decided to leave yet again - Second time without purchasing anything. My third visit was today, I I pulled up to the drive thru this time. My greeting, Welcome to D/D, blah blah, Please hold. I sat at the drive thru for 5 mins WITH NO CARS IN FRONT OF ME. I ordered and proceeded. Well, I finally get food from this place which included 2 stale croissants, cold cheese, and hash browns as hard as a rock. We hen I lived out of state, I visited D/D 4 to 5 days a week at a few different locations. Never waited more than a min or two. Food was always fresh. People were always friendly. This location is pathetic to say the least. Three visits within a few months, all a disaster. I will NOT be a loyal consumer here like...
