My husband purchased a custom La-Z-Boy recliner today. Ida did the financials, Sherri was the amazing manager (from whom we purchased furniture for our post-flood, remodeled home), and Tiffany was our salesperson. We would definitely return for just Sherri and Ida. However, we were very disappointed in Tiffany's demeanor and tactics. She was unfriendly until she submitted our credit card, discouraging us from buying an ordered chair today (pushing to buy one from the floor). The tipping point was the fabric protection plan that was "required." Both my husband and I asked Tiffany if we could remove the $100 charge multiple times. Each time (I'd say twice for me and three times for my husband) she told us it's already included in the sales price; she said that it is listed separately, but it is included and can't be removed. After she left us with the great Ida, my husband asked her if it could be removed. Ida told us that it is not required and she would take it off. I cannot tolerate dishonest sales tactics. Tiffany did not ask if we wanted it, simply said it was in the price. I would recommend this La-Z-Boy location to anyone simply because Sherri is so kind and welcoming and Ida is honest, but I could not recommend Tiffany... Unless you like to pay extra for...

I spoke with the supervisor after leaving a complaint with the store mananger. He basically told me I bought it and nothing I could do about it except send out a repairman. he came out and repaired the recliner and one of the back which had al\ready started to flatten. This was done in mid march. It is nearly august and both of the recliners on the couch area broken, this stitching is coming loose and the backs or flattened. I will call service again but for the $$$ This is the poorest constructed couch and most uncomfortable I have ever owned. I should not have to call service every few months. I have been treated poorly and given little to no options for the discomfort. my couch is the the top of the line...

In the process, we visited several well known furniture stores in Nashville and Hendersonville, Tennessee including the La-Z-Boy store in Hendersonville. The store is huge, with a massive inventory of recliners, each with its own offering of options. Could be somewhat confusing to say the least.
It was here that we met Alex Malamud, a sales representative for La-Z-Boy. What great guy! Alex is customer oriented. He is a listener. He is patient and he knows his products. we visited the store and Alex several times. During each visit he continued to guide us. By the time we placed our order for two recliners we were happy, excited and completely comfortable with our decision. Thanks to Alex, this was a very positive experience. 5 Stars!!
