Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Hendersonville

Need to update business instructions on app for delivery drivers! Their dining room was closed and their was a sign stating that and that the drive thru was open. Get to the drive thru only to be told to come inside and then was directed where to park and what door to use after waiting in line! They have signs on the side they directed to you with clear instructions for pick ups but there needs to be signs on both sides of the building with those CLEAR instructions so we aren’t wasting our time sitting in the drive thru line when we could have just come around to begin with. I stated this to a co worker very nicely and his response was “now you know” very inconsiderate and this attitude will not have any third party drivers picking up for your customers. UPDATE: Ok seriously, am I just unlucky, or is Zaxby's using pigeon wings now? My last few orders of wings have either been from pigeon or some seriously young or malformed chickens. The pieces I've been getting are seriously about the size of my thumb. That might be good if I was Andre the Giant but I've got fairly small digits! Also, serious inconsistency in the heat level of the sauces. I doubt they are made on site so I probably can't blame this location for that. Still, even ordering the same sauce time and again I never know if it's going to be weak sauce or OMG GET ME A STICK OF BUTTER hot!

Good food and friendly people but I think they expect you to eat everything with your hands and that's hard to do with slaw. They NEVER include utensils in to go...

This zaxbys has the absolute rudest manager, which i belive was Sam. Not only was the food not right, after being told I could not stay because I require a service dog( she had every tag, her credentials ect on her stroller) we left. We then were followed to the car still she was rude, argumentative and did not know the laws in regards to ACTUAL service dogs, demanding papers(which she also has). She just kept saying she got her dog a vest on Amazon to be a service dog. I left in tears, Food wasted. There were some others that walked out seeing how I was treated in the store. Believe me, I would much rather be healthy and normal then to be sick with a need for a service animal. Again unacceptable and I will never...
