Absolutely Disappointed – Misleading and Poor Quality!

I visited this restaurant last night with high expectations and ended up extremely disappointed and frustrated. I ordered Chitimuthyala Mutton and Chicken Pulav – and what I received was far from what was promised.

First of all, the Chicken Pulav was made with Sonamasuri rice instead of Chitimuthyalu rice, which is a blatant compromise on authenticity and quality. If you're claiming to serve a specialty dish, at least use the right ingredients! Using cheaper rice and trying to pass it off as a premium dish is nothing short of dishonest.

To make matters worse, the texture of the pulav was watery and completely off – it felt like I was eating poorly made khichdi, not a flavorful pulav. No aroma, no proper seasoning, and definitely not worth the price.

This place either doesn’t understand what authentic regional dishes are supposed to be, or they just don’t care. Either way, it shows zero respect for the customer’s expectations or the cuisine they’re representing.

Definitely not coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values...

However, I would like to share my terrible experience at this place. I truly regret that this place exists.

My wife and I went for dinner, we walked in. The person at the front, who I believe is the owner asked if we were there for dine-in. We said yes. Without welcoming or greeting us, he immediately walked out of the restaurant to welcome another group of people, likely his friends.

The restaurant was nearly full, so we sat at a table of four. After spending about ten minutes reviewing the menu online, we tried to place an order. One staff member asked, “Are we taking orders?” Shortly after, the same man who first spoke to us returned with the group he had welcomed earlier and told us there was an issue in the kitchen and they couldn’t serve us food, but they continued serving other tables and bringing them food.

If there was a kitchen issue, he should have informed us the moment we walked in or at least when he checked in on our intent to dine.

PLEASE, TREAT EVERYONE EQUALLY. We are all paying customers. You are not serving...

I visited this place today evening for couple of beers and appetizers , I ordered him chicken majestic , firstly the appetizer it was not good and it was not majestic , the thing is when I said this about to the server his name is Mahaveer , he is not even Caring what we said and he is not listening to us , with full of attitude he didn’t even check on us , we people us to let others know and cricket people who used to come there , about your Restaurent , but I will say all those people not to visit this place we trashed 90% of our appetizer and we didn’t even want to order the main course , spending money on beers we can do it at our house also , especially we came to have the hot food , but that’s was disaster and not cooked there is nothing on it , just complained on it about to inspection and uscis also , please treat customers nicely … never we will Visit this place again , please fire that mahaveer , that’s my concern , I said in all the groups about him...
