This is a worst bar, I have seen in my last 5+ yrs in US. I have been here thrice and all my experiences were bad. (I should say really bad). We have a worst attitude to worst service of food. I have been with my 4 other friends to have some beer followed with food. The bar attender has attended us in 10 min. We noticed he had some attitude problem while taking our order, after 15 to 20 min later, he severed us pitcher beer with wet glasses which has marks on it. We showed him the glasses and asked him to get dried once, since for us the glasses look like the used once which are picked up from other table and placed on our table without washing. Bar attender took the glasses from our table. While we were able to notice what he is trying to do from our table, to our surprise he started polishing them for 20 min with a cloth. One of our friend went and asked the table attender when he is going to get our glasses, his response was “Sir, I am trying to get rid of my finger prints, you need to wait”. This was the attitude the bar attender has, my friend went and spoke to the manager who turned up and started saying sorry and we requested him to get us a different attender.

Second time, the beer and food was served so late. We have 10 to 15 people in the bar, it took 20 min for us to get a glass of beer, during that time not even manager was available to complain. Bar attenders were so lazy and don’t care attitude. This was 3 months back from the review date.

First time, we had a bad waiting situation and manager at that time said “Sorry, he was given a bad staff” and he served us the beer and food. This is...

I was thinking of giving this place less stars but the manager saved their arse. We got there at 9pm on Fri and there were lots of customers eating and drinking. We started to go in but we're stopped by a bouncer type that wanted a $10 cover for the band. There was no band. It was scheduled to start at 10pm. I told him we were getting dinner and were going to leave after we ate. He wouldn't budge. I stalled the line and gave him a hard time until the manager came up and said don't worry about it. I told him that if we stayed I would gladly pay the cover. Long story short...we did not stay for the band. Wife ordered the berry salad...supposed to have blueberries and raspberries and strawberries. It ended up being just two strawberries sliced and lettuce. My wife works in the industry and always gives the benefit of the doubt, but this time sent back the salad. Literally it was just lettuce and two sliced strawberries. I got the Buffalo rolls which were fine. I also got the croquettes (sp?). They were corned beef and bread and cheese I guess. They were good but very heavy. One of those things where if you eat too many you feel bad afterward. The beer was good. The atmosphere was lively. Almost too crowded since we sat at the bar and folks kept edging in to order drinks, but good for them.....making money and being a successful bar/restaurant. Sometimes that is not so easy to accomplish. Since the vegetarian options are so limited and because of the screw ups, we likely will not be back but...

I gave this place one star because I had to give it something in order to leave a review. Where to begin…

It took almost 10 minutes from the time we were seated before the waitress even came to the table. We ordered an appetizer, my son ordered a cocktail and I asked for a taste of an IPA.

The waitress came by about 10 mins later, promised our drinks were imminent and took our entree orders. Still no drinks. Not even water.

Several minutes later she stopped by the table next to us and over her shoulder again promised drinks.

Perhaps 10 minutes later our entrees arrived. Before our appetizer…. Still no drinks, not even water. I told the server who delivers our entrees that we had ordered an appetizer. He gave me a blank look and then spent about 1.5 minutes staring between me and the slip of paper he had in his hand. Still no drinks.

Then our appetizers arrived followed a couple minutes later by our waitress who promised she was going to get our drinks and finally asked if we wanted water also.

Finally my sons drink and my taste of the IPA arrived. I ordered a pint.

We finished our appetizer and entrees.

Still no beer.

I flagged her down - she promised it would be right out.

Finally she delivered it. And asked if we were ready for the check, to which I responded yes.

Several minutes later, the check arrived, then sat on the end of the table for nearly 10 mins. The hostess finally took it and ran it.

The food was good. Too bad it was totally overshadowed by the underwhelming service…
