Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Herriman

We picked up our Pizza on Saturday, June 22, 2019 around 6 pm, brought it home and baked it. After taking my first bite, I felt hair in my mouth, I took the bite out of my mouth and yes there was hair in it. I am not talking about a hair, I am telling you there were long dark hair's in it. I looked at the remaining slice on my plate and sure enough there were more long dark hair's baked in it. I called the store, spoke with the Manager and asked who is making pizzas there that has long dark hair. It turns out it was the Owners daughter. I demanded that the Owner call me back which he did within the hour and told him about the hairy problem. He said "they do not intend on that happening" and offered us another pizza that we could come down and pick up. REALLY.... NO APOLOGY OR REFUND OFFERED! Who would REALLY WANT ANOTHER PIZZA FROM THERE??? I told him I was going to post a review and he told me to "do what I had to do". We did take the pizza to the store to show the staff the hairy problem. I have shorter blonde hair and my husband is bald. It WAS NOT OUR HAIR!! This Papa Murphy's is great. They always have the pizza ready on time and put a generous amount of toppings on them. I only gave 4 stars because things have changed. I bought a caesar salad. It came with a tiny dressing packet and no parmesan cheese. The dressing packet used to be larger and generously covered the salad. The tiny packet they have now is so small it doesn't cover the salad completely. I couldn't even taste the salad dressing because there was so little. They've changed their dough. It is more like biscuit dough and has no flavor. The pepperoni, which used to be the perfect thickness and would hold it's shape, is now paper thin, folds over on itself, has no flavor, and is fatty. The sun dried tomatoes taste weird like they came out of a plastic package. They used to be packed with flavor. As I ate the pizza, I thought, "where is the flavor?" I would much rather pay more for the kind of pizza they used to make than pay less and get less flavor and poor quality. After patiently waiting in the walk-in line for 45 minutes, and being NEXT in line at the register, the manager turned away myself and 20+ walk-in customers because “online orders were more important”. I was fine waiting because they were busy, but to be cut off and the cashier instructed to not to take my order or anyone else’s until they could get caught up on online orders... that is entirely unprofessional. It was very apparent that there was no organization or preparation for the holiday turn out. The same manager was very rude to customers who had not already placed an order (mind you, the majority of us had been waiting for 30+ minutes), as well as his employees that were doing the best they all could.
