This is the only autozone (or auto parts store in general) that I will go to, specifically because of Joshua. He is the most helpful person I have ever encountered at these types of stores. I admittedly don’t always know what I am looking for and he goes out of his way to help me not just get the right thing, but the best thing. He answers my questions, he’s never annoyed and he truly is helpful.

As it’s snowing today and I work in Park City I’m extra impressed with the service I have received. My new wiper blades are not only fantastic but Joshua installed one and showed me how to install the other. Bonus points that he didn’t try to sell me on the most expensive blades, but rather the best blades.

While Joshua is the reason I am loyal to that particular store, the rest of the crew has also been helpful and friendly. The store is convenient, clean and well stocked. Curbside has also been great and they are very communicative with any inventory issues.

I rarely write reviews, the service or product has to be exceptional (good or bad) for me to do so. Joshua is exceptional and I hope autozone...

I have been to this location and I have received great customer service on about 4-5 previous occasions. My latest trip they went above and beyond and I thought that I would share. On a previous trip I bought a tire gauge for our travel trailer although it was my belief, after using it, that it was not as accurate as I wanted. Last weekend, while on a weekend camping trip, we stopped into the AutoZone in Heber to get a tire inflator. Upon getting back from the trip I was only able to use that inflator once and it broke. I took the inflator into this store and without a receipt but with proof on my phone that I spent money at the Heber store. After telling the employee what happened he not only upgraded me to the next level tire inflator without additional cost to me but he also threw in a digital tire gauge. Both things I did not ask for yet were greatly appreciated. This employee's trust in my story on what had happened and his investment of maybe $30 to keep me coming back to this store will work. They have my business...
