THESE LADIES THAT ARE ALL WORKING ARE MESSING UP ORDERS THEY DONT PAY ATTENTION TO YOU WHEN YOUR INSIDE .. they make duplicate orders I waited for a half hour on my job lunch break to get a single sandwhich … they are making you use their kiosk to put orders and don’t acknowledge you when your ther.. it took me 10 min to oder a sandwhich and took 25 min just to make it … they even worked on a duplicate order .. MAKING US USE YOUR KIOSK IS A JOKE AND YOU SHOULD BE GIVING EMPLOYEE DISCOUNTS IF WE ARE NOW WORKING YOUR REGISTERS .. I DONT work for bakers .. so I expect giving my order to a human being .. if I have to place my own order , WHERE IS MY PAY AS WELL AS SCHEDULE TO WORK THERE , because seems as your making the customers work as their own cashiers… THIS LOCATION PROVIDING UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE … and when I received my food is was cold …!!!PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION.. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY ACTUALLY ACKNOWLEDGE YOU IN THEIR PLACE OF Business. We are customers in no way should be held as cashiers. They care about their drive-through more than they do of their end dining customers, and all their attention is straight on drive-through bakers does not know how to train their individuals to be able to work both sides they will have you wait and wait and wait and deliver you cold food. Why should we pay inflation high price that you have put on your menu board and the customer service is horrible . I as an consumer hopes that other people read this message and until they figure out how to operate in that restaurant and make it more efficient, I suggest no one spend their money there. They have plenty of restaurants in this location that will actually care about you rather than Bakers, the employee staff are very unaware are making duplicate orders and having customers who are on the job at work wait for extensive amount of time. This is not good. This is an acceptable. I hope management sees this and correct the women that were inside that place working all of them did not pay any attention to customers inside all car about was just getting the food out and taking the money that is the most horrible experience Bakers offer. These employees represent Baker and as far as their actions the restaurant has diminished in my eyes I hope that the public sees this and opens their eyes that Baker restaurant don’t give a dam about the customer . You can thank the employees at the bakers on 15083 Bear Valley Rd Hesperia, CA 92345 United States.. THEY HAVE MADE THIS THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT BAKERS .. I highly highly recommend you eat somewhere else do not give this restaurant your business until they have all been retrained to treat people like a human being rather than a wallet...
Read moreOne of the most underrated SoCal restaurants. If done right, I think it stands with In N Out, and maybe might be better to some.
For starters, the burgers between the two are very similar, but have a unique flavor. They both consist of the same ingredients (smash patty, cheese, lettuce, tomato, special sauce on a toasted bun) but manage to both be amazing in their own way.
The fries are a hit or miss at Bakers. If done right (hot, crispy and just the right amount of salt) they, again, shine as bright as In N Outs. However, while In N Outs fries have a more consistent texture, Bakers does occasionally give out soggy, colder fries, especially when ordering larger portions like the Papa Meal or the Frynormous.
Where Bakers stands above In N Out for me is the variety. In N Out is a classic because it does a couple things. They keep it simple and consistent. Bakers has a a lot more variety, but the trade off is you occasionally get poorer quality food (only on slow days/ times, usually).
Bakers has an entire separate menu that is a sort of Californian twist on Tex-Mex fast food. I'm not the biggest fan, myself, but to each their own. The variety I love is their shakes.
In N Out has 3 simple flavors: strawberry, vanilla, chocolate. Bakers has those, and things like mango, Oreo, Butterfinger, and my undoubtable favorite, CHERRY. Each is fantastic, and each is perfect for fry dipping.
I grew up next door to a Bakers, and it will always be on par, and sometimes surpass In N Out to me. This is a TRUE Southern California diamond-in-the-rough, and it should stay that way.
In N Out will always be its own art form, and a symbol of So Cal to many, but it's sadly no longer a true So Cal classic,...
Read moreI am currently here and have never been treated so badly. I’ve been in the food Industry for 17 years. At 8:50 I was told I could dine because they asked for here or to go. Then my guest (who I walked in with) orders after me because we were paying separately and was told it was after 8:50 and they had to take it to go. Once I asked why they said oh never mind and let us dine in. Then gave us dirty looks, banged around the whole place and talked badly about us so we could hear them. Laughed at us and stared and it was obvious it was directed towards us. We were so uncomfortable. The thing I don’t understand is what did we do? One of our family traditions is to get bakers after church. Usually we go through the drive through but tonight we decided to dine in and I’ll never come back here again. I also forgot to mention that the top of my daughters burger was so black you could see that there is no way anyone would serve that unless it was intentionally. When I politely asked the girl what her name was because I wanted to write a review and to thank her for being so kind to us she told me her name then walked away laughing and huddled with the other employees. I know as a manager myself if I knew a customer wasn’t happy I would of walked over to the customer asked what the problem was tried everything I could so my guest left happy but it seemed as if what looked like the manager was the ring leader of this. I’m just still baffled as to what my family did to deserve this treatment. I’m sure if someone in corporate checked the cameras they would at least be able to see the banging of pans or what ever was purposely disruptive was unnecessary. I just wish they could of heard...
