2024: Finally got to come here post Covid! I hate to say it, but it's just not the same.

The service was great! Friendly staff, never had to ask for anything and they weren't coming by the table so often that it interrupted the conversation. The place is old, but clean. I'd say that they can turn the music down a notch or two but it wasn't annoying.

The food... my main dish was not bad, but not nearly as good as I remember it being 3-5 years ago. It had decent flavor and was cooked well, but it wasn't amazing. The salsa had a funny taste to it, like the kind you get out of a jar which was disappointing. I used to get a big thing of salsa to go after eating here.

I can't quite figure out what's changed but I still hold out hope. I will continue to come here from time to time in the hopes that they bring back some of that old flavor.

2019: I have a very unhealthy love of Mexican Food. Lately everything I've eaten and used to eat regularly has been bland and just.. Disappointing. I was driving down Main St trying to find something to eat and stopped here.. Best decision ever. I ordered food to go since my 2 year old was not cooperating. They were patient waiting for me to order, they took the time to stop and entertain my son so I could breath.. And the best part.. The food was amazing! I can't even remember the last time I ate something that I didn't have to add salt to.. This place is no salt required quality lol. I wish I would have taken a picture before eating but honestly I devoured it so fast I'll have to go back and take my time on the next meal. Oh and Strawberry Chimichanga.. Yum!!
