I went to this location. In my early twenties with my mother and sister. Mcdonalds' company hired someone, who as a Mcdonalds' employee, I'm pretty sure "food poisoned" my meal with, what I consider to be "worm(s), or snake(s), snail(s), etc. That is now starting to surface. It wasn't just Mcdonalds company. I will notify each company/facility etc.of how VERY out of place the employees are. Especially considering the facts: I was single, did not (and do not true to this day) have any kids, did not ( and still have not gotten married) did not get convicted into serving a prison sentence, and I'm not sure if person was even another American or was a non-American. As a well behaved young white female American, who up to the visit im complaining about had only eaten fast food hardly ever except at restaurants with my family party of 7. It nay have been an attack against my family or to as many customers possible without reason or cause. More than 5 years (but less than 10[?] years ago) my, 1 years older than me, sister told me about her medical condition, and I believe it may have been from this visit. And I'm sure my mom has a medical condition that may have been from the meal we all shared at the Mcdonalds. My mother, sister, and I (even other people who have not came forward or passed away from such employees), did not and do not deserve to be given such mistreatment. Everything else I have to say about this is inappropriate and for mature , responsible, qualified authorities only. I'm telling many as possible. Hopefully there are people left who can handle this type of insult and prevent further disabilities and ultimately death to me, my family, and...
Read moreAt the box told the guy three times I wanted a large caramel frappe. It finally got added to the screen. I go pay for my order at the first window. Then pull up to the next one to get my order. The girl repeats my order but does not mention the frappe. I ask about the frappe she ask for my receipt, tells me I did not pay for one, then says the frappe machine is not working. So I say ai want my money back for the rest of the order because I came specifically for the frappe. Then a guy walks up and says the button didn't work but I can charge you now. Why did he not say anything taking my order or tell the guy who took my money. I say I still want my money back. He then hands her a frappe and she says here as she pushes it into my car window. I say I wanted my money back, she said the drink is free of charge and then hands me my food. When I ask about the drink that came with the #7 I ordered. They refused to give me that drink since they didn't charge me for the frappe. Had I not been on my lunch break I would have fought the issue and just gotten my money back. But I had already sat in the drive thru 15 minutes. It baffles me these people want 20 to 25 dollars an hour but can't do the...
Read moreFirst of all, let me just say the night team or the closing team is so rude. The guy that takes orders is so rude.! And another thing at a certain time in the night, they start acting dumb and saying they don’t accept card only cash because they’re lazy and they know that a lot of people don’t carry cash these days, so people please bring cash in the night because they’re so lazy. They don’t wanna work that’s why they’re always doing that.! It’s a woman and a man that work in the night and they’re so rude. ! I don’t know if she’s the manager or what but, that guy needs to learn manners, and he thinks it’s funny too because he was giving attitude, and I heard him laughing after. If he sees this, just know as customers we are not dumb & we know when you’re being rude and lazy. I worked in fast food for over five years and I get it how customers can be rude Gets hard, but I still kept a good attitude all the time. How to handle myself and keep my composure, and I knew how to give attitude when it was needed. But you just being rude like that off the bat because of your personality is not OK and you should not be in any kind of customer...
