I like his honesty. I haven't actually got to work done but I'm confident that it will be great. EDIT UPDATE!!!! Okay do not get the screen protector. I was told it will protect it, but it did not. And now they want to charge me to do my screen again. Which is fine, but I bought? It's a protector because they convinced me that it would work. And it didn't, so i'm out of whatever I paid for the screen protector. I don't have to lie about it. I barely dropped my phone and that was the irony of it. And I was in the house. I'm very disappointed because it was a waste of my money, and now they want to charge me over 200 plus something dollars. Paul, was excellent. From my experience, he is extremely customer oriented and has great customer service skills. I will be honest, I was somewhat charged up about a difficulty with the insurance claim process for my phone screen replacement. I'm sure I was noticeably charged with my tone; however, Paul stayed professional and conveyed a tone and attitude of understanding my frustration and not reacting to it. In general, customer service often deals with emotional problems because those problems are intimately tied to our lives and may affect a consumer in a big way. Not being able to access one's phone and having no ability to communicate with one's personal world is a big problem that produces much anxiety. Perhaps Paul understands this about his customers and their phones/devices; I don't really know, but Paul was great with me....

I really like this new place! I’m trilled we have this place here in the HD and I would like all the locals to support it to keep it going! Anthony is excellent employee. He called me to let me know he had new products since they sell fast and I needed a 360 privacy protective screen. I’ve been shopping ZAGG products for over 5 years now but every time I needed something, I had to go to Ontario to do my replacements. The quality of the products are great and you can see and feel the difference compared to something cheap from Amazon or any other online vendor. I have to say I feel happy I switched because even though is expensive at first, it’s worth every penny! My products have a lifetime warranty with a small deductible for replacements no questions ask! I recommend anyone to try it! It is amazing!! I am and will be a forever...
