The cashier was semi- helpful..I came in for their pet nutrion person they offered that weekend. The gal at the register was the only one that helped me & she couldn't help me that much. Because she had to run the register also. So I ended up having to look at all labels on the bags of pet food myself & make my own choice..Where was their pet nutrion person that they advertised this weekend to help you pick a better food for my pet. The aquatic area the lady won't sell to me anymore because I returned dead fish to here under warranty and she literally talked to me in a loud tone of voice before saying she needed a sample of my aquarium water and won't sell fish to me again. SO I WONT BE BUYING ANYTHIMG FROM THE AQUATIC SECTION ANYMORE IN THIS STORE. She needs to be schooled on how to treat a customer and not talk down to me in front of other customers and be rude to me. Just because the fish I bought previously died. HER name is Lauren or Laurel. This place is great for better pet food.But if a employee is going to be rude to customers that actually help keep her employed..& let her have that weekly paycheck.. Have no customers means Iess people that need to be employed. When I asked to speak to a manager at that time in April I was told they did not have active store manager for that store at that time... Maybe that's why the employees have an attitude & are rude to customers... Unless I get a call from a manager or Corp. I will no longer be coming to this Petco location I will take my business to PetSmart or shop on...

Stay away from this place unless you have money to throw away Vons sucks no Tina's burritos no little Debbie snacks no decent prices if you voted for Trump and hate the average person then this would be the place for you... I don't know how they stay in business there must be plenty of people with the elevator mentality... Not to mention lowlifes frequent the parking lot in the streets surrounding it also there are homeless people in need of compassion and help they're obviously not getting it around there... Across the street there a dd's discounts a little market a cigarette store it's a nicer place to go there's two armed security guards keeping everybody safe I would never go to Vons ever again just go across the street and you'll be...

I left my Corolla with the service dept for an airbag recall repair. When I picked up my car I was told that during the repair they broke the side trim pieces above my stereo, and had to order the replacement parts, so my car would have to be brought back in. Again i was told not asked! I took my car in to be repaired again they replaced the two side pieces - and returned my car to me, but now the center piece between the two trim pieces is split straight across and the said nada. Not a word about the new break! Now I can't use my phone holder cuz it will pull the top half of new broken...
