Tam's Burgers — Restaurant in Hesperia

I’ve been going to Tam‘s now for over 20 years me and my whole entire family which there’s about 20 of us … but we recently stopped coming here because they changed their french fries!?! They used to have thick french fries with this seasoning now they’re just like thinner French fries and they don’t have any seasoning. It’s so nasty.!!! I don’t understand this used to be my favorite place. Me and my husband will always get a large french fry to share them every other day now we don’t even come here anymore. Neither does my entire family this place has gone downhill whoever owns it needs to bring back those fries . That was literally one of their signature food ! & On another note, the guy that works here is absolutely horrible.! I miss the old ladies that they used to have working there. They were a bit grumpy, but they got the job done fast and correctly. ! This guy doesn’t even know what he’s doing and the girl that’s helping him doesn’t even know that much either the owner really needs to get this prioritized because this is going to end up being a one star restaurant...

Well I went threw the drive thru yesterday and ordered the carne asada cheese fries with added chicken for $7.99 and light cheese. Totaled to $25. Wait was average not quick, paid and she handed me my bag knotted. So I trusted them and drove off, well once I got home (10 min drive) I go to serve plates and the plate has alllllot of cheese, like exaggeratingly allot of cheese, a zig zag squeeze of guacamole. I'm lactose so I just said fine I'll just eat the bottom of the tray. While I was serving 2 other plates, I noticed the asada was there, but there was no chicken, the massive amount of cheese probably swallowed the chicken cuz it was visibly not there. Overall serving was great, fries where good. But for $25 and not that much protein killed it for me. I basically paid for the lbs of cheese. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! When I got home I realized my order was wrong. So not wanting to go back to the restaurant I figured I'll eat the sandwich what could go wrong. NASTY.... the tuna sandwich had a sour taste to it and very soggy. So now not able to eat it I go back to the restaurant for a refund and the customer service was ridiculous. Not only did they have an ATTITUDE, they couldn't figure out how to refund me my money. I was told come back tomorrow when the manager is there...... Finally, somehow they figured out there register system and I recieved a refund (hopefully need to check bank statement) if no refund I guess we start all over again... I can go to much better places and recieved better food and better customer service. My opinion...eat elsewhere save yourself a stomachache...
