So the early morning crew is great. The people there mid shift a disaster Tuesday 2:00 pm terrible I tell the woman at the counter I want Pan con lechón she says with everything I say yes because the menu states what it comes with she says lettuce and tomatoes I say no not that your menu doesn’t say it comes with that she says oh so you want both sandwiches with out it. I say in Spanish Miss it’s only 1 sandwich she mumbles something then says anything else I say I also would like 6 croquetas de jamón to go she tells me the total seemed high but prices have gone up every where. It’s a to go order I get home my order is wrong I looked at the specials on uber the pan con lechón is BOGO and the she gave me a steak sandwich not what I order also 2 sandwiches at full price it’s not the special of the day and one with lettuce tomato the other without. I have to pick up my so. It’s out of the way if not she would be getting this back my husband tried it said it wasn’t even good no salt no flavor....

This Sergio’s location was not like any of the actual Sergio’s restaurants location. They are located in a Walmart Super-center. They charge the same prices with lower quality of customer satisfaction. Ordered a sandwich with scrambled eggs and bacon, which I thought would be on Cuban bread since this is a Cuban restaurant and they served it on a small burger bun. This was appalling. When I went to question them asking why the sandwich wasn’t made on Cuban bread I was told this is the bread they use for a sandwich. They didn’t even offer to remake it after paying for a whole meal for this tiny burger bun egg cheese and bacon. I would have better gone to Burger King and buy their 2 for $5 breakfast sandwich special. Very disappointed at this...
