Arby's — Restaurant in High Point

Came in on break from work expecting a fast food place to be able to serve fast food! Walk in the cashier, Destinee, was moving as slow as a sloth and when I told her I wanted a burger with large fry with Pepsi to drink she looked at me like she couldn't understand what I was saying. She then asked me if I was just wanting the burger or the meal! Like really?!!!? I just told you. I was so mad because I had to wait already 5 minutes for her to notice I was waiting to order. Keep in mind I have on a name tag with my name...she asked me what name for the order. Kinda obvious! She took about the same amount of time to notice anyone else that walked in. She seemed like she was stoned and zoned out to be honest! The person in the kitchen was busting their tail while she just stood in the front like she was confused. Took me 30 minutes to get my food!!!!! Which made me late! Worst experience ever! Tried to do the survey but the store number was not printed on the receipt! The cashier sucked!!! I came here around 3:25 PM on a Monday afternoon to grab some lunch with a friend. We went inside, of course. We ordered at 3:30pm. My friend had some coupons but we didn’t use them because they have happy hour is from 2-5pm. They have items that are cheaper prices. I got two chicken sliders, small curly fries, and a jamocha shake. My friend got the same thing, but with a orange-sicle shake. It was a little over $5 each, which want bad at all. Cay Smith, the Shift manager was the person who check us out. The food was ready fairly quickly. We sat inside and ate. The chicken on the sliders are very crispy, the fries were delicious, and I enjoyed the shake. No complaints really. I ended up getting full and ate one of my sliders later on that day for dinner. Went through the drive through. I do not think the dining room is open as there were signs on the door saying drive through only. Last time I was there was a few months ago and the dining room was open with reduced capacity.

Food was good and our order was right. I ordered a side salad and they even put that in a separate bag so that it wasn't in with the hot items. I was impressed by that.

I'm giving out four stars because the drive through for the two customers ahead of me was very slow. Slow enough that I picked up my phone and started reading blogs. My transaction was much faster, and likely simpler. They should have had them pull into a parking space and brought their food out to them to keep others from having to...
