Arby's — Restaurant in High Point

It's been a good while since I've been to this location and today reminded me why I hadn't been there in so long.

Ordered at the drive thru: #12 medium Reuben combo #2 medium roast beef classic combo Both with curly fries, one with medium unsweet tea and the other was a medium Dr pepper.

Stated my order, was asked to repeat it, stated my order a 2nd time and was asked to pull around.

Pulled to the window, Shenicka repeated back the order and I confirmed yet again, stating they were mediums.

She hands me a small tea and a straw. She gave me my total of $14.18 which seemed low for what I ordered. I paid. She handed me my bag and I noticed she charged me for a small Reuben meal and just a classic roast beef sandwich which wasn't all of what I ordered. I repeated my order again and said I had asked for a medium classic combo so I was missing my medium drink and medium curly fries. She hands me a small Dr pepper and then goes and gets a medium curly fries.

I asked for Arby's sauce, she said she put some in the bag. I looked, only saw 1 pack. I asked for another, she huffed and handed me 2 more. At this point, I was fed up and just took what I was given and drove home. Shared lunch with my husband and despite ordering UNsweet tea, he was given sweet tea.

This location needs some better management and staff that are capable of listening to orders and giving the customer what they ordered. The level of service here is absolutely...

I'm on lunch break at the arbys in highpoint on south main. I ask for a large fry. Pay for it and the young lady at the drive thru window say it will be thirty minutes for fresh fries 🍟 I say what? She replied I ment three minutes pull forward after she took my money. I am waiting and finally she comes out 15 mins later and it's someone else's order and she say o they say you pulled off 😒 ( keep in mind I only get thirty minutes and I work seven minutes away) i just looked at her in disbelief due to me only being a few feet away from the drive thru window and the woman mopping the dinning 🍽 area saw me as well. I ask for my receipt and she goes back in. Another 15 mins later she brings my food and say she threw away my receipt. My experience here was not on point like it always is. I like arbys and it's close to my job but I will stop here in the daytime, cause night time will forget bout you waiting on your food, that you paid for and they was not busy. Me, one person in the drive thru and another car in front of me waiting for food also. Guess who earned themselves a point for being late back from lunch....

So this morning I had to take my spouse to they dr spot vethany medical while they was in there I walked over to Arby’s two female outside one standing in the middle of the door the other right beside her talking about the personal life I asked are yall open because it was like 11 am she moved out the way the manager but not once said Gm or yes mam how are you just straight ghetto so I walk in ask the guy who was mopping the floor are yall open he said he don’t know but how you don’t know don’t you work here do I go in the bathroom come out this gurl says hi but keep walking bath forth then she says you ready I said yes I order the kids meal slider I ask for horseradish she never gave it to me curly fries not fresh ok I go to fix my drink instead of the cashier walking up with a mess up order outside but leaves my food on the counter walks pass me and says your food up walks out door I am like damn I’m right here you can’t bring it to Mr then as I exit she was outside on her phone again manager never came out said hello apologize for how...
