The only reason I give the place a 1 star is the fact the service was great considering we were there for a birthday party and had a lot of pep. I ordered a hot turkey and cheese sandwich. Which I waited for 30 minutes to get. When it came out it had no cheese, lettuce, mayo, or tomato. I got the server attention who took it back to have it fixed. When it came back out 15 minutes later. They gave me the same sandwich with all the condiments on the side and still no cheese. I looked and the server like are you for real. They did not even send out anything for me to even spread the mayo with. The server explains that since it had already been cut into 4 slices they could not put the stuff on. First of all it's suppose to be a hot sandwich that you send me back out cold still with no cheese the way I ordered it. So she took it back yet again. By this time everyone else is done eating. I yet again waited another 15 min finally got up went to the door the servers where coming out of asked about my sandwich the girl look behind her and said here it is. No telling how long it had been sitting there. I got my hot turkey sandwich 1 hour later. That is beyond ridiculous. I went to the front to complain and they all just looked at me like a was crazy. No manager ever came out. The server took the sandwich off my bill. Not the server fault that the cooks sucks!! When you order food because your cooks screw ut up how about next time making it the right way ! Making a whole new sandwich. I will never go back here nor refer anyone to go here. The bathrooms had no toilet paper nor any paper towels. Your windows in the party room are gross ! You have duck tape on a broken picture frame. When a restaurant looks clean pep enjoy there time there. I was told to call the manager in the morning to express my complaint. Do not go...
Read moreThis is a place that my family and I have frequented many many times over the years, we love there food but when I recently attempted to book their party room for my daughter’s 7th birthday...which I called 1 month in advance to book, they informed me I could not have the room for a Friday evening. Our group of people would be quite large, 10-15 adults and 5-6 children. We would be spending ALOT of money there on the pizzas, salads, drinks, etc for the event but they refused to allow us to use the party room, even for a 2 hour window, stating “you could come in early and we could hold a couple tables for you, but that’s all.” Now my trouble with this is not just focused on my daughters needs or my own, but for the sake of other patrons...we have all been out to eat before and had a difficult or unpleasant experience because of a large party there that is loud, has small children, and the wait staff are inattentive to others needs because of this reason. I made an attempt to book an event in an effort to help things go smoothly for everyone, including other patrons...but that is obviously not what the managers/owners of this business are worried about, not your experience with the nasty bathrooms with no stall door, dated decor, or large party acceptions to aid in YOUR experience, but about the bottom line...MONEY...we won’t be back to this location, I’d rather drive further away then to give one more cent to this selfish...
Read moreThis is a locally loved place for many including myself. I love this style of pizza and this location piles on the toppings in comparison to a different branch just north of here. I gave 4 stars for service as they do a great job but only have one person running around trying to please everyone. They do a great job but if it’s busy, you can get lost. It’s not their fault as I understand you don’t need to hire someone for just two hours, it’s just that expect this if you go at busy times. If it’s not busy, you will love the staff they have. The atmosphere is three because some may not like the style of an old school pizza joint. It’s from when I was young and that is a while. I like it like this but some may not appreciate the old school charm. They also have a pan pizza that’s not advertised, but they do make it. It's not a traditional pan, pizza, per se, but it does scratch that itch. If you are wanting a thick slice that has the trademark, Sir Pizza taste. It is cut like a triangle unlike the regular pizza that is a Detroit style and cut into squares. If in the Triad, high Point area, it is certainly worth a stop to try if you’ve never had it. I’m not saying anything new to the locals that they don’t already know and love, besides the pan pizza part. If you want a locals place to go to then this is the place! I hear they have good pasta as well but I’ve...
