Burger King — Restaurant in High Point

ROACHESSSSS?! I come to this Burger King and it’s definitely not open at 6am. No car in the parking lot, no life at all. I come back around 10 and the lobby was locked. Then when I come inside to use the commode there is blood all over the sink, spout and toilet. This location has no life about it.. it gives retirement home vibes. The food is never hot, cheese isn’t melted then I’m pulled for 30mins. Then it seems as if I was forgotten about. I didn’t have ketchup nor any condiments for my food. My hash-rounds were stale and old. Then when I come inside I see a man in the kitchen making my sandwiches SMOKING inside the establishment. Then folks are all outside with nobody in the building at all. This location should be shut down due to the health inspector code because is sad how they allow these things at these restaurants. I will NEVER give my business to this company after so many incidents. We the customers don’t “Rule” here the employees do. Then to keep holding me at the window every-time I don’t understand the reason behind me waiting after I was told to wait at the speaker already. It shouldn’t take 45 mins for a simple order. THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN;...

STORE NUMBER 850 on FAIRFIELD in High Point...$17.33 spent on dinner. Husband made the drive back home after running errands, in a hurry he didn't check the bag, shouldn't have to buuuuut....,12 miles one way...and we open the bag and immediately were not happy AT ALL... missing 3 of 3 10 piece nuggets, 2 of 2 spicy chicken sandwiches were BOTH regular, and missing 1 of 2 ordered chicken fries and never got the 3 BBQ sauces ordered! WTH!!! I have similar issues with Thomasville location only they are complaint's of hair balls in fries, burned food, and old greasy taste on fried foods, also never hot food and the store is not consistently kept clean! I almost never go to BK anymore since moving because T'ville has NEVER gotten it right and I live too far from High Point. But no more, I will not visit High Point BK e again either, in fact I'm pretty sure I'm over them all together. Yes I could have called the store to be told they would send me a coupon or I could come back but I wasn't adding 24 more miles to my day and am not sure I care for free food at any BK anymore! Waste of money...

My Food was given out to someone then remade wrong instead of new food was going to just fix what was missing. Then when I got the food the cheesestix weren't hot the fries and onion rings were cold and so were the whoppers. What ever happened to hot and fresh. Not only that the girl that had to remake the food had the worst attitude I have ever experienced. And the block of sliced cheese she was holding touched her shirt. The only thing good about the place was the lady that took my order. Even the manager didn't care, saw what was going on and did nothing. Wouldn't even try to speak with me. So taking my cold food was my only option unless I wanted to make a scene. Was definitely not going to get my money back. It seemed like everyone in there hated their job. And I mean everyone. Needless to say I didn't eat. My food was thrown away. And my husband choked down a cold burger. Then got eyebald by the staff the entire time he tried to eat. Completely ruined me on Burger King for awhile if...
