This was my daughters experience. Please reconsider taking your business to the North Main Bojangles in High Point.

I entered the restaurant at 9:22 p.m. and left by 9:38 p.m.āwell before their listed closing time of 10 p.m.
I was experiencing a flare-up of a medically diagnosed gastrointestinal issue and had to urgently use the restroom. While I was in the stall, a staff member came in and told me āyou have 5 minutes till we are cleaning this bathroomā I calmly explained my situation, only to be told, āWell maāam, you need to take that elsewhere. I am cleaning these bathrooms in 5 minitesā I apologized and stated my issue again and that I would be out ASAP, where I was met again with I needed to take it elsewhere and they will be cleaning the restroom in 5 minutes.
Mind you I physically can help none of this and had no intent of staying after their hours.
As I exited, I was met by a manager who repeatedly asked if I had ācleaned up behind myself.ā I hadnāt made a mess. When I tried to explain, I was met with more rudeness and judgment. I even said, āIām sorry, I have a health issue. I hope none of you ever have to go through something like this.ā Her only response was to ask again if I cleaned up and to tell me they were closedādespite the fact that it wasnāt even 10 p.m.
I have never felt more embarrassed in a public place. Iām not someone who usually speaks out but I couldnāt stay quiet after this experience.
We need to bring back compassion. We need to bring back kindness.
When someone communicates a health concern, they should be met with understandingā I have worked in the service industry for YEARS and never once would I treat someone like that.
So think about where you money is spent. Take it to a local BBQ restaurant where you money will be met...

Referring to the $60 online order that I was there to retrieve. I was asked this at the window after being asked to pull forward from the speaker. As I replied yes about wanting to receive the order that was ordered ahead and paid for, I could clearly see the cook was frustrated even though they still had about an hour and a half before they closed. I'm not sure if he was planning on not cooking anymore for the night but it was a pretty long time to be out of chicken already. Pure distain about having to make more. I believe they had ample time to make the order and I waited an entire hour for a 20 piece family meal. Not to mention there were young children (not employees) dancing and playing outside the drive thru payment area of the window, a hazard for them and the company. Food seemed not fresh ESPECIALLY considering the 1hr wait after they tell me what time to arrive.... craziest part, they are also out of many sides, never saw or spoke with a manager.... got no effort or even show of face.
