Robert Payne Discount Store — Local services in High Point

This place is a hidden gem. Some of the food items are just a bit too old. A few months are ok. 6-12 months is too long. The giant smashed candy tote/bin needs to be dumped. Most of the time I go in there, I find something great. It is a good stop to pick up a few things on your grocery list right before heading to the grocery store. Use these items asap. Also.. they have plenty of baby needs on the regular, some furniture from time to time, some toys, lots of unique items, bedding, clothes and shoes for all ages, and plenty of house hold and personal products.. The women who run the shop are the sweetest little old ladies. There is a middle aged woman who works there, mostly in the back sorting. I don't understand why more people don't shop here. The prices are out of this world amazing can you do a such a diverse amount of items in the store you need to spend two hours just look at everything. Conveniently located on Main Street in High Point. Parking lot fills up quick but I always go shopping here first. There is no way anyone can beat these prices. They are very nice people but the are over priced on baby diapers for example I got a size 3 diapers target brand with 104 diaper and they had for $20 bucks and in target they are 14.99 and she try to say it was a special they had no honey I go there all the time get diaper but she try to say she looks prices up they no way but before you buy it Google it cause it could be cheaper...
