Parking is a MESS! THREE cars attempting to find a spot to park almost backed into us! Seriously just drive around the parking lot to look for a spot, DON'T stop then try to back up when there are other vehicles behind you! Also what business in their correct mind will have a handicap spot, a hashed access area, another handicap spot, a regular parking spot then a handicapped spot on one row!? In that order!! The one regular spot in the middle of the handicap parking makes no sense at all! People were just stopping in the drive behind parked cars and deciding that was their parking spot! These entitled morons were blocking people in! Once we finally were able to park we ordered 2 Chick-fil-A sandwiches. The girl at the register had no idea how to enter it so we waited for assistance. She gave us the table thing then threw away my receipt. We sat down and waited on our food. There were several people complaining. After 8 minutes someone brought out a tray to our table, it had 1 club sandwich, some strips, 2 large fries and 2 drinks. I told her that was not our order. The employee then argued with me that it was mine because we had the table marker that the ticket said. I repeated that it was not our order because we just ordered 2 sandwiches. She asked what name & I told her and she argued more that it was our order. I said we would take it but it was not what we ordered. She then wanted to see the receipt. I told her the cashier there it away. She took the food away. We continued to wait. People that came in long after us were getting food and we were still waiting on 2 basic sandwiches. OVER FIFTEEN MINUTES later they finally brought out our 2 sandwiches. It seriously took over 20 minutes to get 2 Chick-fil-A sandwiches! While we were waiting we noticed A LOT of people complaining and getting incorrect orders or their order was missing something. We complained to management and got excuses. ( me employees .... Sorry but even a new employee should know not to argue when a customer is telling you that they did not order that much. They will take it, but it is not what they ordered. Also I don't care how new the employee is, it should never take 20+ minutes to get out 2 basic sandwiches) This location has gotten very bad since remodeling. Service is not good here & the wait time on food is crazy long then the order is not correct, it is not worth that much time and effort. Read moreI LOVE Chic-Fil-A, but there are some very ill tempered people at the High Point Brian Gordon store. On December 29th I put in my usual $40 order that I get about once a week or so and Hubby picked it up from the drivethru. When we started to unpack the bag I noticed a macaroni and cheese we didn’t order. After all the items were removed from the bag, we realized the 12 piece grilled nuggets were missing. I suppose this could have been an oversight because let’s be honest, they come in the same type of containers so if one wasn’t paying attention (didn’t look at the label or the contents) perhaps this could happen. When I phoned the store, I was told by a nice manager if I could return right away it could be rectified. I couldn’t as our GrandTwins were at the house and the store is a good 20 minutes away. So I was then told I would need to return within two weeks. Why couldn’t the amount be refunded to my app since that is how I ordered? When I was able to return to the store today and explained the experience, the cashier went to manager “Chris” and he came over in an annoyed huff. Dude, my day was going great until not only was I made to show the picture attached, but pull up the order on my app and prove I ordered a 12 piece nugget. Seriously? Of all the crazy things for someone to ever consider being dishonest about, you want to assume and challenge a 12 piece grilled nugget on a $40 order? I will be taking my business to Kernersville. Read moreA lot of people state that Chick-fil-A is known for their customer service. The lack of customer service is my main reason for this rating. I stood there waiting for the front end rep to acknowledge me. She just stared and after two minutes proceeded to take my order. A guy was helping another customer but someone on the front line could have acknowledged me. To continue, I have not visited this establishment before. A container type of device was placed on the counter by the rep. I asked if that's for my order. She got my name then asked me if I was dining in or taking out. I responded with take out. This should have been determined earlier before placing the order. The rep told me that they would deliver my order at the end of the counter when ready. The food was good! I ordered grill chicken nuggets for the first time. The diet lemonade taste like regular lemonade and was too sweet for me. The price was almost $9. Way too much! A small drink and a 12pc grilled chicken should never be that pricy. I did not walk out because I wanted to try the product for Weight Watchers point system.
