Bojangles — Restaurant in High Point

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 chicken supreme combos and 1 gravy biscuit combo. Was asked to pull up and it would be out shortly this was at 1pm. At 1:13pm I called them because we were still sitting in the car waiting for our food when several people had been asked to pull up after us had done received their food and left. An associate answered and said your food is coming out now. I see a lady come out with a few bags and speak to 2 different vehicles handing a bag to each. When she turned away she was empty handed so I rolled my window down and said excuse me!?!? I just called and was told my food was coming out the door. I also let her know that we had been waiting the longest and still no food. She asked what we ordered and when I told her she said oops I just gave your food to that guy as a truck pulled out the parking lot! So now it’s 124pm and we are still waiting because she had to go back in and place our order again. There was 2 cars here when we got here and I’ve seen at least 12 come and go. I’ll never come...

This BoJangles location is at its best 6/10, which is unfortunate because it's location is convenient. The service is usually on a tolerable sub par level and the inside always reminds me of a horror film. Dirty sticky floors, bits of trash, and dim lighting. Not to mention, I tend to go inside when I'm at this BoJangles because the drive through constantly messes up my order.

However tonight was the straw that broke the camel's back. Me and my friends waited 20minutes for our food, watching both cars from the drive thru and people inside get theirs before us. When we asked what the hold up was, we were told that more chicken had to be made. (Which is beyond me considering other people were still getting their food). Another 10+ minutes later we asked for a refund - the manager wouldn't even look us in the eye.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. There are many other fast food places less than 30secs on this strip of road. Do yourself a favor and go...

My friend and I went here a little before 9pm on 8/20/24. We decided to dine in. There was one person inside waiting. When the girl working the front saw us she asked another employee (with an annoyed tone) what time it was and said she was going to lock the door early.

That made us both feel very unwanted there. So, by the time she came up to the counter to take our order, because both order points that customers can use had out of order signs on then though they looked like they worked. But, by then I told her "with that attitude, no, bye" and we left.

We went to Pantry Fried Chicken instead and it was good! We will not be returning to this Bojangles and from looking at other comments, seems that something needs to be done.

It also says alot when the owner only replies to the good reviews.......totally looks bad on them, makes it look like they don't care about the issues and thus doesn't care to fix...
