Horrible Horrible Horrible the service the food the whole experience was just so bad. I went on a Saturday night, I didn't have a large order so I decided to use the Drive thru. First it took over 5 min to even get asked what I wanted even though only 1 other car was in the drive thru. When the employee finally asked I was rushed through my order constantly asking if that's all I needed. I then was given my total and I pulled forward, once I got to the window another 6 mins later. I was then handed 1 medium sized bag and told everything was in the bag. My order was $17 and some change so I knew not everything could be in that 1 bag. I then started to look and noticed I was missing quite a few items. Non of the chicken made it into the bag, the chicken non of it WOW! I then poliety told the employee what I was missing, instead of being apologetic she gave me attitude, REALLY I was still very calm and explained what I was missing she then went to grab the missing items. Once again I was missing 2 items, I was then pulled up so that the rest of my food could get cold. I waited another 6 min and was finally given the last 2 items, the employee handed me the bag without a word. I got home and started to eat some of the food, not exactly to my surprise it was just horrible so bad that not even my 10 year would eat it. So I would NEVER recommend visiting the S. Main KFC. They could care less about the service or the quality of the food. Maybe they need a reminder without customers they make no money. If I could have left NO STARS I would have! The manager(Keesha Williams) who was taking my order told me they only had extra crispy chicken and for original chicken it would be a 4 min wait. I told her i had no issue waiting 4 mins. I ordered the 16 pcs original chicken with 4 large sides and biscuits. I pulled up to the window and paid, the lady who took my card (Keesha Williams) was so rude and then said pull forward while rolling her eyes. I pulled forward and waited 10 mins. Another KFC employee came out and said pull forward more... i asked how long it would be since the lady said it would 10 mins. The employee said it would be another 10 mins. I waited 35 more mins and they finally brought my food out. I drove home and items were missing.
I called the location and the manager answered, she was extremely rude, but finally said she would make it up by giving me a 12 pcs and 2 large sides if i came back.
During the next week, i came back to this location and i asked for the manager and she said she's never heard of me and didn't know what i was talking about. She was so rude and her attitude was appalling. She was very aggressive and loud.
I asked for the KFC corporate number and she told me that i needed to google it. While i started walking out the employee's were laughing and joking about the situation. I felt so embarrassed and treated horribly and will be sharing my experience so others will NOT be making the same mistake as i and going to this...
