Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in High Point

I placed an online order like I always do and mostly same exact order. I get there my order is wrong the cashier tells me I ordered wrong ok so to make it right I asked her to just add some more pepperoni to the other side of the pizza.....the response I get is there's no way to charge for that, I would have paid even though I already did when they put half of the pepperoni on one side and still was charged the same amount.....but WHATEVER.....this incompetent person suggested that I purchase another pizza and that since I placed the order online BUT paid in store they couldn't refund me....I left without making a scene. Papa John's please hire people that can make good decisions regarding your business you never know who could literally make this locations sales plummet by way of social media and the connections that they may have. One simple fix could have avoided this review amongst...

My family has been going to this location since I was a kid. Small store… but great food and the service is solid.

Cool story: I went to this Papa John’s to get my pizza yesterday, but it wasn't ready because they said they “dropped it on the floor” getting it out of the oven. Accidents happen so no worries. I waited in the car for a new pizza and it was fantastic, but get this: when I got home, I literally ate one slice of the pizza and then dropped the whole pizza…. it slid out of the box onto the hallway floor so obviously I had to throw it away. I was crying while I cleaned it up.... $16 down the drain. Needless to say I lost my appetite, and just went to bed. Such is life. Lol.

Anyway this place is great. I’ve had some pies where they skimped on the toppings but I’ve had some pretty loaded ones too. I encourage everyone to give...

I was knocking on door a few times before anyone came to front door & signaled for me to come over to side window, as he cut on the open light. I ordered & talked to manager, he said it would be ready in 15mins. I got home cheesesticks had little cheese and were not warm. Pizza looked old. I called and talked to manager. I asked him was this pizza microwaved. He said I don't have a microwave. Then begin to tell me I am looking at your history and everytime you come there is a problem and hung up on me. I called back no one would pick up. I will Not stop at this location ever. This manager clearly need some customer service skills. Seem like some heartless convicts there. With that kind of attitude & action there's no telling what they may...
