Go else where this place is the worst. The food is horrible and the staff is even worst. They should just shut it down. It's nasty dirty and I must say one of the worst customer experiences I've ever received. After waiting 3 minutes for someone to take my order as the employees walked around like they didn't see me, they got the order wrong and the employee had the nerve to act like I was bothering her. Here's the bonus my elderly father gets out the car because he has to use the restroom. He went to the door and it was locked, so I asked for the key and was told that someone has to let me in because it's for paying customers. I said well I just paid and he needs to go & she took her time. My father was saying please and he started to soil himself, so now she let's him in the bathroom still with an attitude. Yes, I called the manager and I see where her employees get their RUDE attitudes from. She had an attitude because I requested for my order to be corrected and a receipt and of course the printer was not working. Read moreI went to pick up my order at this restaurant in 15 minutes and after waiting for 5 minutes, I asked for my order and he said, "No, we can't do it." He says I'm already here, I'll show him what's the reason, and I say, "That's your problem, we're not doing it." I say, "I won't do it. Why did he approve the order? I came here, he can't answer that either, and the customer is waiting for food at home, so we're fighting here. After all, they don't give it for free. Read moreI love KFC's popcorn chicken and always go for the $10 share box. Their prices are very reasonable and everything is always tastefully made. I've never had anything to complain about but I must say yesterday when I went and made my purchase I was disappointed when I got home to find I only had half the amount of chicken that I would usually get for $10!!! I did hear the cashier tell the customer behind me that I had purchased the last of what was ready, but I still don't feel that was reason enough for me to get half of what I paid for!!!
