Taco Bell — Restaurant in Maryland

Okay about this place... I have at least 3 questions about this. 1) if you sell bean burritos, how do run out of them in a day? Also, when you run out of them in a day, why do you love to charge extra for the items that someone what to have in their combo? 2) why is that when one shift works they will work faster than ever yet when you come back in the evening, they work like they are tired of the job or they'll act like they can't hear you while you're giving them direct orders for your meal to be prepped? And my last question 3) why does the floors and the tables look dingy and NOT EVEN ONE came over to fix the tables... They were so busy in conversation that when i got my food, i wanted to just get up out of there... Taco bell was a place to enjoy your day and have food while youre there... Now... Its just bad. This location needs to be better or get better. I'm sorry to say this... But i would not be returning. Smh it's...

This is my first time coming back in this store since the remodel the inside and the outside looks very nice customer service staff and employees that work in your establishment have terrible customer service I walked into your store yesterday to find a gentleman with a drive-thru walkie-talkie on that claim to be a manager throwing a piece of paper up in the air while I stand there to wait for him to ask me how are you how may I help you with no response after standing for over for 5 minutes I decide to say something why the girl in the Drive-Thru does not have her mask on and the kitchen staff are joking and having fun on Frontline as they make tacos so after that altercation I decided to tell both of the two workers that this is not a playhouse this is work I don't mind people having fun but the customer comes first so in this visit they displayed terrible customer service and I would never come back in the Taco...

I am an avid Taco Bell customer. Trust me. I eat there every week like I go to church on Sundays, and I'm a Mormon. This Taco Bell is probably the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. The workers don't care about you at all. They are slow and lazy. They just talk and talk to people who are waiting for food instead of making other people's food. Also, I've been through the drive through maybe 10-15 times and each time was a ridiculous wait for a Taco Bell. The worst wait time was 25 minutes. The manager felt so bad that he gave us a couple of free large drinks, which was nice. And I could understand if it was once or twice, things happen. But every time isn't acceptable for a FAST food chain restaurant. Also, one time I walked in and they asked me a name for the order and I said "Do Clay" and when they called my order they shouted "Order for...
