Sharks Fish Chicken And Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

THEYRE GREAT AND HORRIBLE. The Customer Service is Really Good. Prices are great.The food is delicious consistently. BUT The hygiene is questionable. EVERY TIME I have eaten here EVERYONE had their masks on their chin. Usually I just get fried food and reheat it so I allow myself to make excuses but because things are getting worse in the area I cannot return and I WISH SO BADLY that I could!!! Today 12/5 I came to get a bunch of fried stuff before I start a cleanse for the new year. I was so disappointed that all 3 men working were in the kitchen only one wearing gloves all were touching random things including food none had masks over their mouth or nose and one was eating. My first time here was October 2020 I've seen pretty much the same people each visit(three times since). I ended up paying way more for less food at Cameron's Seafood across the parking lot a place I had 0 interest in trying but I am because EVERYONE in there was wearing their masks properly. I will leave a review on there after I try the food. If I notice that Sharks cleans up and follows protocol for covid safety I will definitely return as they have healthy options as well I would...

I ordered from "Shark's" through Postmates, ... my order was delivered at a pretty decent time. The problem was, ...once I got into my order everything was wrong. I ordered the three piece boneless ocean perch, ...which came with a side of coleslaw, bread and your choice of fries or Cajun rice. I also ordered two bottled sodas (Gingerale OR Sprite). What I got was overcooked fish, ...no coleslaw, ...and as my drinks; instead of two Sprits OR Gingerale, ...I got one Sprite and one Gingerale. Not to mention the fact that they didn't even send us anything to eat with. Needless to say, ...I will never be ordering from here ever again. And to think I spent close to $40.00 for this kinda service....

Overall, the food isn't bad; however, there are a few things that can be done to improve the food quality and service. I ordered the fish and chicken tender combo with medium-sized shrimp and was given little, small shrimp. Also, I asked to substitute the fries for fried okra and was still given fries upon ordering. Lastly, the chicken tenders were seasoned well and tasted good, but were really dry because they were overcooked. Not sure where the management oversight is in this place, but it could definitely use a lot because people are spending their hard-earned money for QUALITY food and service that they are...
