WELLLL it was certainly food cart sushi, a few kinds of rolls, a few clever, twists on rolls, only a few kinds of nigiri . . the rolls were mostly some mayonnaise filled "fake krab filling" wrapped within funny tasting rice, and topped by the thinnest most tiny pieces of fish I've ever seen . . in 50 years of eating nigiri sushi and various rolls, I have NEVER seen such meager allotments of fish on a roll . . any sushi restaurant in Hillsboro, has fresher, more interesting, more food filling fare, and fish topped pieces than this "fresh made" but dried out cart food . . . simply awful . . the guy didn't know what they had, didn't know the names of fish, didn't have any assortments of real fish, nigiri or otherwise . . otherwise, what's not to like . . what a perfect waste of $55 with tip for 3 very yucky rolls . . . We can pay $60 with tip at any real sushi restaurant and get a real slice of real fish, on delicious fresh rice, hand made by someone who knows what they're doing . . cart food is going to be the death of...

I was unsure about the burritos, I didn’t look at the ingredients but I will try the...
