Wow. I would come back to these food carts just for this place. Really decent price for what you get, the spicy bulgogi was really good, could have been a bit spicier but I'll just ask next time, the woman working there was so kind I'm sure she'd accommodate. Also the potato corndog...

Kimchi pancake only tasted like salt, no discernable flavor of kimchi, and it had cheese or something else white as a middle layer, which I've never experienced in 10+ years of eating kimchi pancake. The k dog is OK if you're looking...
