Today at lunch, me and my coworkers ordered the rice plate with marinated grilled sliced pork, shrimp salad roll, shrimp noodle soup, pork egg roll, and chicken noodle soup. Everything was delicious!! The grilled pork was tender and flavorful, the shrimp rolls were fresh, and the broths in both the noodle soups were rich and savory. The pork egg roll was crispy and satisfying, and the chicken noodle soup was warm and comforting. Generous portions and fresh ingredients made it a great meal all around....

It’s a food truck. We ordered ahead and it was ready for pick up.

I ordered the Rice Vermicelli Bowl With Marinated Grilled Sliced Pork and the shrimp and pork salad rolls. My partner ordered the pork sandwich.

The vermicelli bowl was excellent and a generous serving. The sandwich was reportedly excellent.

I was rather disappointed by the salad rolls because the pork was bland, there was a lot of vermicelli and not enough veggies.

Next time I will try the Pho.
