The smoothie was basic and the staff was extremely rude. The Asian girl just put my drink on the stand, mumbled something (guess the order) and walked away. She just walked away and expected me to know it was mine. She came back out and said “your drink was ready” and walked away. Didn’t even look at me.
It’s Sunday, I get it. I’m not expecting people to jump up and down with glee when I come in either, but if you’re going to ask my name and not even use it, then don’t even ask for it. And don’t mumble the drink order like I have super sonic ears. I wanted to try a new place but the service here ruined my chances of coming back. If I was the owner, I would maybe invest my money into workers who could at least fake it. Customer service jobs sucks, but at least pretend like the rest of the world does at their job.

I understand shutting down 30 minutes before closing but an hour is excessive, it’s usually slow at night and doesn’t take long to make an order. Wouldn’t it be more convenient for both staff and customer to allow online ordering until 8:30 so the staff has time to prepare the order, rather than have the customer arrive even closer to close and have staff make the order even later? Also half the time the order is made incorrectly and some of the staff are rude. Others are nice but still there are several people who are very off-putting and I avoid going in when they work. Read moreFantastic menu and everything always tastes great but the staff is always so unpleasant. Every time I have been in it takes about 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me. I am totally fine waiting for my order to be taken since I have worked plenty of customer services jobs but it’s nice to at least be acknowledged or mention their will be a bit of a wait to take the order. They almost always mix up my order as well. After my order is taken they kinda just walk around and talk before they start anyone’s drink. Last time I was there, one employee asked another one to take my order and the employee straight up said “no I’m good.
