Well I shop at Target quite a bit but, the last I shopped at this location the softlines associates and management were very rude and unprofessional. Let me explain, I went to the shoe area and noticed that they were running a 50% off clearance event. So I decided to look for shoes for my daughter since she's only 10 months and doesn't need expensive shoes since she is just learning to walk. so after some time we found a pair of shoes that fit and looked decent enough so I looked at the price and they were 26.99 originally but they were marked down to 18.97 which by my math is not 50% off so after searching for an associate I finally found one with her manager and asked about the sale and why the shoes weren't what they were supposed to be and she said that they weren't 50%off but they were 30% and must have got put in the wrong spot which I would understand because I work retail as well however upon double checking the sign and are for any sign that would say 30% off I could not find one and on top of it I found the Same shoes in two other clearance spots saying 50% off so I decided to go to the customer service to get the price corrected and as I approached the customer service area the lady behind the counter instantly rolled her eyes and looked so disappointed to do her job,so I told her what was going on and to see if she could adjust the price since the mark on the shoes was clearly wrong so after giving me attitude she had softlines check the sign which it said 50% off clearance shoes and 10 minutes of my time she finally changed the price and usually I wouldn't put up such a fuss over 5 Dollars but the fact that the manager and associate literally were trying to argue with me instead of just checking the sign or just taking care of their mistake is bull crap all the employees at Target are always so rude and or unprofessional and if you need help good luck they're never around and if they are they're really not interested...
Read moreTarget is usually my go to store due to its great prices and variety. Yet today, Opal House selected bedding was on sale. I saw a grey twin bedding, grey queen bedding and a pink queen bedding all on sale for 20-24 dollars. I quickly fell in love with the pink bedding and asked a team member, Jordan if there was a twin pink bedding in stock. He quickly found it and made my day. After I found the bedding, I selected the sheets, pillows and all the accessories needed for a my room within the same color. When I went up to pay, the bedding came up as a different price. I quickly inquired about the sale on Opal House Bedding. The cashier was very nice and had seen the product on sale so she called up a manager, to fix it. The manager looked it up, since she was confused over why it wasn't ringing up as the sale price I offered to go get the same product with the sale price sticker. She said it was no big deal, and looked up what I said and was ready to fix it. Another manager came up, was very rude and kept telling me how wrong I was and wasn't listening to my concerns or questions. I offered to show her the bedding and let her know how the majority of this bedding collection was on sale. She refused and was extremely rude, I was taken aback by her actions and due to her ignorance and aggressiveness I decided to have the cashier void the items. I left with a small gift for my boss. Im outraged at the guest service at Target being a manager at my job. __ has very high standards and would never allow a manager to yell at a guest, or be so rude and ignorant. I only wish she had walked to the bedding section with me, to give me the opportunity to show her the items. Im sure me looking young had something to do with it, since she wasn't even willing to walk with me for me to show her the sale. I wont be visiting, due to the lack of respect in front of...
Read moreThis is the second time we had caahier issue... Its already hard to shop with kids and I generally try to keep an eye on random things that get added to the cart. Previous my son insisted in a toy I didn't want to buy... Finally I gave in and asked the cashier if I can pay, he said I need to go to end of the line. This time my daughter said she need to use bathroom. She said please don't leave your other kids here. I was not going to do anyway just asked is he can pause the transaction. We came back and once her current cuctormer left, tough we will finish the transaction. She did not seem comfortable, so I asked if her shift is over, I can go to another cashier. She said it's not that. She looked at another person behind the back.. I asked if she is the manager. I told her this is the second time i am having issue at the cashier. She asked if i am insulting her employee... I didn't know what to say, debated if i should leave the stuff without paying,, but it was for my sons bday and dont have time weeknight for another store trip.. she started scanning and another cashier came by. She said she ia about yo have anxiety attack. Luckily the other lady finished our transaction, I skipped a couple items and bought two carts worth of items. I really do not like shopping here with kids and I wish there was another store closeby. Yes, it's hard to shop with multiple kids, and yes we take more time than some other customers, but we end up buying a lot more as well. I do not have such a hard time in any...
