Very authentic Oaxacan food. Even oaxacan gf says it’s legit. The asada tylayudas are huge and very filling and super good and handmade. Their “ empanadas “ and quesadillas use real corn tortillas and are super cheesy with fresh quesillo cheese. Enchiladas and mole are very sweet though and use too much chocolate and remind me of Pueblan enchiladas so that’s the only reason it’s a 4 versus a 5 star. Also best horchata in Hillsboro!
