Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Hillsboro

This store has the worst customer service. Previously I’ve ordered pizzas over the phone and wait 30 minutes and they’re never ready. Today I walked in and a man was in front of me in line paying for his pizza, the maker “Cameron” finished making a pizza and threw the pizza down to the register aggressively as if he was angry about something. The man and myself were both taken a back by the aggression My turn to pay for my pizza and I forgot my coupon at home so asked if I could use the $3 off from the flyer or the 25% off I was texted. My checker “kayden” said no they wouldn’t allow that you have to order online or have the coupons with you. I asked if he could ask a manager to honor it because it was in a mailer I had just forgotten it, he went to the back and said the manager said no. I asked the manager to come out to speak to me as I hadn’t had this issue before but this store always has irritated workers that has poor customer service. “Lupe” the manager said she would not honor any coupons and that’s the policy and she didn’t care after I explained about the aggressive pizza throwing. I said that was rude and poor customer service. I’ve been a customer here for 30 years, cmon people. Take some kind of pride in your work and store and train your employees to have better customer service skills. I told Lupe I would sending a complaint for the curt behavior and would like to know her name. “Kaden” interjected and said “she’s lupe, I’m Kaden and that’s Cameron have a good day” in a condescending way. These are high school boys speaking to a grown woman and customer unnecessary. Because I asked to use a coupon, papa murphys employees not only didn’t honor their sale, they treated me with disrespect and the other people In the store. After so many times of being treated this way at this store, this now causes this email. It may not seem like a big deal but when it’s EVERYTIME you interact with this location, it’s beyond...

Do not order from this location!! They are absolutely terrible and are really quite unprofessional to put it in a simple way... Long story short I made a reservation last night for two pizzas. I sent my best friend to go get them since I had to put my kids to bed and I literally shared the location from Google that I got the phone number from to her phone which she clicked on and went right there. Well when she got there they told her that they had no idea what she was talking about and that there was no order for my name. She calls me and puts me on speaker and I explained that I was CERTAIN I was calling the right location and that they were not giving me adequate service. They continued to tell me they did not have the pizzas so I said how about make me new ones then? They refused to do that since they were closing in 15 mins. They also told me that they would not upgrade me from a simple large to extra large next pick up order - even though that would cost them virtually nothing. Then I call tonight and the manager apologizes for the situation but also refuses to do anything to fix it.. she tells me the pizzas are in the fridge that I ordered last night and she has no idea why they said they weren't there. You would think somebody in a managerial position would offer at least some freaking free cookie dough or something but she didn't. Honestly awful. All in all TERRIBLE customer service and I will...

I will drive out of my way to go to a different Papa Murphy’s. The staff at this location is awful. The two ladies working the last time I went in there were rude, snobby, and bratty. One of the staff blatantly rolled her eyes at me after I mistakenly ordered the wrong pizza and asked if I could have a different one made. I was extremely polite and apologized profusely as this was my mistake and I totally understood that but they absolutely could have declined to make me a new pizza and I would have understood. Instead she looked at her coworker and audibly scoffed and rolled her eyes at my request. The younger girl with really pretty eyes was a brat from the moment I walked in and the older Latino woman was rude. They acted like a customer being there was an inconvenience to them from the moment I walked in the store.
