Extremely disappointed. I've never had such a bad experience with Starbucks in the 30 years I've been a customer. I waited for 19 mins for 1 greentea latte and 1 dopio espresso. I watched 6 other people that came after me get their drinks and leave. When I inquired, I was told "we are doing them in order" and nothing more...waited another few mins and my greentea latte came out iced supposed to be hot. She threw the other one out( which bothers me, they could have given it to someone like they used too) and made a hot one. My dopio was missing the cream and when i got to my car I realized there was not 6 pumps of vanilla in my GT latte. I'm a super easy customer and don't like to complain but they were straite up rude...no apologies, I felt like I was in the wrong and I was just expecting the service and quality to be the same as everywhere Starbucks and it clearly was not. I'm a commercial truck Driver and drink a lot of coffee...been a gold member for 20 plus years...disappointed mainly because of the attitude of the employees, just not customer oriented at all...the only one was the girl who took my order with the mask...nice girl. All the others were talking amongst themselves the entire time without any interaction with customers...its was just not like a Starbucks atmosphere at all...felt like I was at a Dennys or something. I hope the Butler Starbucks here steps it up cause Starbucks has always stood out because of customer care and I don't think they cared at all. I will review this and replace with a better experience if I can...
Read moreI stopped here on my way to Home Goods today to get myself a little treat, and I cannot get over how wonderful the customer service was.
I had originally ordered a grilled cheese and as I was waiting, the employee came to tell me they were out. She felt awful and apologized profusely and asked if I wanted to choose something else. I opted for a refund, but once I got to the register, I changed my mind and asked for an apple croissant. She refunded me and gave me the croissant for free!
I went back to waiting for my drink and it was taking a bit longer than expected, but I wasn't in a hurry and really didn't mind. The same employee came to ask if I was still waiting, and then after I got my drink, she handed me a $5 gift card and apologized for the wait.
I just thought those were both such kind gestures and even though I wasn't bothered by the wait or the lack of grilled cheese, her kindness genuinely made my day! 🫶🏻

Read moreThis is the worst Starbucks in the neighborhood. Starting with the ordering of the drinks, I'd appreciate extra attentiveness. Often times, my drink isn't made correctly due to the barista not hearing my order correctly at the order screen. For some reason, they have challenges making an Iced White Chocolate Mocha correctly. I stopped going for a while and decided to go a few times over the last few weeks. They consistently make the drink too milky and expect a tip before I'm even able to see or taste my drink. You have to order the breakfast sandwiches "toasted, open-face" to ensure it isn't frozen in the middle. For the price you pay for their food and drinks, you'd expect for them to get it right every time. The other two Starbucks in the vicinity seem to take more care when making drinks and food. I think the baristas can slow down a bit to make sure they get the drinks correct, especially when requiring a tip screen in...
