Came here today and placed an order for two del Tacos, one carne asada quesadilla, and two of their chicken quesadilla tacos they were advertising two for four. After we left the drive-thru we found that we were missing The two del Tacos so we went back. Went inside and explained that we did not get our two tacos nor did we even get a receipt but showed them that the bank did charge me for the food. The person was annoyed and said "bring me all the food back". My husband explained that we were trying to return our food we're just wanting the two tacos. And the person responded again telling My husband just bring back the food now mind you I'm in the car have already started eating. We just wanted our two tacos. My husband asked if the manager was around and someone said that that was the manager who my husband was speaking to. He said I don't understand why you're upset or being rude because all I want is the tacos I paid for. He said can I get your name? And she says "I'm not going to give you my name". He said well he goes You can just give me back my money because the food was cold the fries were cold and I didn't get my tacos so just give me the money back for my tacos that I did not get. Meanwhile the young man in the back was getting ready to hand me a fresh set of fries and she yelled at him and said "why are you giving him another fries?". My husband said I'm not telling you about the fries to give me free fries anyway I'm just telling you that it wasn't a very good start to our meal to not have our tacos and to have cold fries. She shoved the $4 at me and my husband left. This is such a bummer because I usually like the del Taco fries, but the problem is this is the second time we've had a problem at this del Taco location. I actually contacted the corporate office and provided pictures of the food and they never got back to me. But we kept going back because it's the only del Taco here and it look like things were looking a lot better until today. It's unfortunate that there's not a del Taco near us anymore but only this one and the service is atrocious and the food is hit and miss. Looks like we may have to give Taco Bell another try or just cook at home. What a bummer for a Sunday evening thinking we're going to treat ourselves. Just as clarification I would like to explain how my food was given to us that we did keep. The carne asada quesadilla was cold the cheese was barely melted and the meat was greasy and oily and the tortilla was soaked in it. The two quesadilla tacos were stuffed with lettuce and dry chicken it was like chewing beef jerky chunks that was sitting in stew. The lettuce was spilling out of it and it seemed like there was more lettuce than anything else. And I reiterate the fries were cold and soggy with no salt. But we didn't complain about any of that all we wanted was our crunchy tacos. Eating here is like hit and miss so eat here at your own risk. We're done with this del Taco.

Read moreI love deltaco. But this one has some management problems. It shows in the staff training and quality of the food. Deltaco is fastfood but they taste decent everywhere else. This place suffers in comparison to the other deltacos ive been to.
The fries were fresh but the Carne Asada steak burrito was so bad I had to return the uneaten portion for a refund. It's advertised on the menu as 3x Carne Asada. However the employee explained it's 3x of a little tiny scoop. She explained we even gave you extra because we're closing. I thought to myself they gave me extra old chewy steak. Since they didn't offer anything else to eat I asked for a refund on my burrito. They gave me a hassle saying i already ate part of it. I admitted i did eat part of it but was just not happy. I was refunded the burrito price with no apology or offer to make it right because they were closed. Why did I feel so ripped off even after getting my refund.
Another thing. This restaurant is not open 24hrs as displayed here on Google. Apparently, I got my order just before they closed at 11pm. When I came back to exchange my food I sat at the drive through speaker for 5 Minutes. 4 cars lined up behind me. I decided to pull up to the window and they gave me the "we're closed" hand signal. I had to wave them over so I could return my food. After I pulled out with my refund the drive through line was 5 or 6 deep with people thinking they're open. I waited 5mins at the speaker until I pulled forward. I wonder how long the rest of those customers waited before they realized they were closed. Haha
With the other choices in the area, I recommend you choose another place. I hope the management gets their act together because I like del taco. Just not this one...
I'm eating in the taco bell parking lot now. Hehe. Who would have thought taco bell is the better choice...they now have surpassed del taco with better tasting food and better...

This location in particular has exceptionally rude employees. I came through the drive-thru and had a simple mobile order. I get up to the window and there are two younger girls (teens/young adult age). The first thing I hear from one of them very rudely is ‘I thought I told you…’. That was it, then she just walked away. The other girl was just standing there silent and waited at the window. She proceeded to shut the window in my face (giving me no update or anything on my order, no explaining of what the other girl was even talking about). I waited for like 3min, no big deal to me, I was fine with that and didn’t even say anything. I even kept a smile on my face to show that I was patient and unbothered. My impression is that THEY mixed up my order as I saw them shuffling around inside. Again, no big deal. But then and finally, the girl who was just standing at the window quickly opens it and just hands me my order. No apology. No explanation of all that hoopla that just happened. Absolutely nothing and just the rudest, smug face possible. I was kind, showed patience and overall didn’t even say anything about all their mess happening at that moment. I also noticed there was barely anyone inside the restaurant area and only like 2 cars waiting behind me. That isn’t a crazy rush. Just an awful experience. Made the food taste bad and I love Del Taco.. I was nice and patient, what was the hostility for? Probably won’t return just for that...
