I ordered a monster burger. Told the cashier I was going to eat it here. When my order came up he had it in the bag and I informed him that I was eating in the restaurant. it was for here. So he grabbed a tray from behind him and put it on the counter and set my bag on top of the tree. I told him I was eating in here. Something was wrong like he did not understand me. He said oh you want me to take it out of the bag. I said yes please. So once he started taking my food out of the bag he dropped all of the food and the tray on the ground. So he went in the kitchen behind the wall where they make the food at. And I was looking at him through the burger slide. Where the cook slides the burgers from the kitchen to the front counter. I watched the cashier take the burger that fell on the ground. Out of the rapper and rewrapped it. So I was standing at the counter in disbelief. Saying to myself I know he's a not about to hand me that food that fell on the ground. And all he done was rewrapped it with a new rapper. And that's exactly what he did so he came back out and I stopped him before he got to the counter I said I sat right here and watched you take that burger out of the wrapper and put it in a new wrapper and you think that I am going to eat that. You can't be serious. Tell me you are not serious. The young boy was shocked that I spoke to him like that. I did it all with a smile. And I said give me my money back that is all I want. So once you went to the manager in the back he never came back to the front. Because I wanted to speak with him some more. The manager came up and returned my money to me without one question. One of his co-workers spoke to me and told me he does that a lot. And I said wow ain't no way that the manager allows that. She probably don't know because she was in the back. Read moreI placed a mobile order ahead of arriving. The emails said to go in and let them know when I get there. I do that and they tell me the order is not there. At first, I thought maybe I made a mistake with the location, so I asked them if I'm at the correct location, showing them my email confirmation. They told me they didn't know the address of their own restaurant, where they come to work, I assume several times a week. So I asked if the phone number shown was correct, the shift manager couldn't tell me if it was the correct number. I asked them what I needed to do to get my order (it was for $75 prepaid in the app). The manager told me I don't know what you need to do. I asked whom I needed to call, and she said maybe call corporate. I asked for the number, and she told me she didn't know it. I then asked, So how do we fix this and she turned around and just walked away. I was upset at this point and told her, I'm still talking to you, and it is very rude to just give me your back and walk away. The cashier, who was much nicer, told her he is still talking to you. The manager just turned to her and said, "I already told him, I don't have the order on the screen so I can't do anything for him" then proceeded to just walk away. She then returned and told me I could wait for her general manager to arrive in about 30 minutes to see what could be done here. Then, about 5 minutes or so later, my order finally appeared on their screen and then started to make it. This all took about 35 min or more for me to get my food and out of that restaurant. Read moreWent here yesterday. Ordered a 5 piece chicken and 2 spicy western bacon cheeseburgers. I had to wait 15 minutes for my chicken. When we finally got our food, the burgers were wrong, they had made 2 western bacon burgers. At this point I'm a bit irritated but still understanding the staff are human and mistakes are made, take the burger back up, they remake them, go back sit down, this time they made the spicy burgers but left stuff off the burger!!! by this time, i had been at this location for 1/2 hr waiting on 'fast food'!! They wanted to try and remake my food again at which point i just requested a refund. I'll NEVER go to t his location again. I feel bad for the young lady that had to deal with me but the rest of the staff seemed not to care that they had messed up the one and only meal i was going to...
