KFC — Restaurant in Hillsborough

Never.Ever.Again. From drive-thru, ordered extra crispy breast meal, was told 10 -15 minutes. Fine. Parked and waited. And waited. 25 minutes later I went inside. No one @ register, 5 people waiting for food, I counted 7 people milling around food prep area and office. Finally got the attention of someone who was willing to make eye contact. Total disaster. She blamed everyone & everything on others, I asked for my food, she said it wasn't ready. I showed my receipt (now 32 minutes since I placed the order) and she walked away. Argumentative, belligerent, RUDE, disrespectful, defensive, combative, just plain horrible "customer service ". She yelled at staff, who told her that the food has been ready and sitting under a heat lamp for 10 minutes. No one, NO ONE bothered to get my food ready, even though someone KNEW it was ready. While this is going on, 1 guy next to me says he wants cole slaw that isn't frozen. Another guy says he wants the mac n' cheese he didn't get in his order. Mind you, the whole time, nobody else is getting their food either!! I am getting serious attitude, no food, and just plain frustrated. The person who took my receipt is still mouthing off about how she's not at fault, didn't know what's going on, all while standing still, shaking tongs at me. I kept asking for my food and receipt, and she's yelling at me. "I AM GETTING YOUR FOOD!" I said, "Actually, you're talking to me, no one is getting my food that I ordered over 30 minutes ago." I finally get the food. Biscuit was burnt and dry, no cookie in the box, got the extra crispy breast though and I was OUTTA there! Worst customer service ever....

I didn't want to make this, but I come here very often and i dont want to sound rude, but I got tired today, old lady at front with goggles is very rude, has a very bad attitude, she took my order, I paid for it but for some reason I got deleted, This lady had a very rude attitude. And anytime I go there is just the same, you guys can't have people like that,you guys are losing costumers, there is a Puerto Rican lady that works at the back, she is the most beautiful person and the sweetest one in there. Thank God she was there and fixed my problem Immediately, she was so nice and so kind. She deserves better, she took care of me and 3 mores guys that were behind me because for some reason the our order was not showing up on the screen, I really hope you guys do something about it because we just go there to order food, not to be treated like that, and Again, Thanks for the Puerto Rican lady that was working there today, she is a...

Last week they were out of chicken. Of course they don't tell you this until you've been stuck in the drive thru line for 30 minutes.Out of tacos too, I left. It appeared the whole crew was at the back door smoking. Today they had a chicken pot pie, I had a coupon for the $5 fill up. Let them know when I ordered I had it. Get to the window they say there are no more $5 fill ups it would be $8.62. I showed her the coupon she said it must be expired. I got it out of the mailbox yesterday, expires Aug 26, 2022. She said let me get my boss.10 minutes later the manager fixed my coupon/ total. The other gal gets my pot pie and says have a good night. I asked where's my drink and cookie. She handed me a cookie. They had no drinks or bottled water, said the previous shift didn't change out the syrup and been out of bottled water for a while. I am not even going to try again.
