I just had the most horrible experience this morning. I've had a few bad experiences there, but today takes the cake. I placed a mobile order at 10:35. I turned on doordash and got an order. At 10:45 I could tell it was going to be awhile so I left and picked up my order and delivered it to the customer and returned to find that my mobile order still wasn't ready. There were MANY unhappy customers in there at the time. I asked for my order and at this time it had been 30 min. A couple min later, they handed me a coffee. But no donuts. So i went to the 2 girls at the register who were basically just standing there and I asked for my donuts. One of them yelled at me that they lost the stickers and what did I have. She was very hateful and causing a scene. So I yelled back that it wasn't my fault she lost the stickers and if I could cancel the mobile order, i would have 20 min ago. As i was leaving, she was still bickering with me and she screamed I hope you have a wonderful day and I did the same and the manager yelled at me not to be yelling at her employees. I said "she yelled at me first" and she said she didn't care. This is in a packed restaurant and she threatened to "come over" and that's when i said "hold up" and got my phone out and started recording and they shut up. This is ridiculous. I'm a paying customer and these are paid employees who think they can treat us any way they like. Even threaten customers. But I bet that those same employees will be there tomorrow. They were out of cookie butter cold foam according to the lady that I called when I called up there to complain that they had put regular cold foam on my drink. She told me that they were just trying to get Coffee out the door and that she apologizes, but I think that’s very unprofessional considering the fact that they did not inform me that they were out of the cookie butter cold foam before I finished placing my order. I told them I wanted a cookie butter cold brew with cream and sugar and they gave me a cookie butter cold brew with cream and sugar and regular cold foam, it would have been nice to know beforehand that they were out of the cookie butter cold foam but instead they were just trying to hurry up and gave me something I didn’t ask for. Also my dad ordered a brown sugar cold brew, and they put cold foam and cookie butter crumbles on top which he did not ask for. I went to the Hinesville location the last two mornings I have been here working on a rental property went through the drive-thru yesterday I ordered my drink stirred They said no problem the lady who I found out is the manager Shannon Served my drink and said we don't stir it even though it was on the receipt so this morning I go in I use my dunkin' Donuts app I order a large iced caramel macchiato stirred the cashier lovely young lady said no problem The lady at the we window yesterday happened to be Shannon overheard it and came to me and said we don't stir drinks I told her I've been getting this drink for 20 years all over the country and have never had a problem She said its dunkin' Donuts policy not to stir the drinks I have never been told this then I asked for the Manager she said she was the manager I then asked for corporate phone number Shannon the manager told me she was not going to give me the corporate phone number. I'm old school generation X I've owned businesses since I was a young kid.
