Terrible experience in Wendy’s tonight. I count 9 people behind the counter tonight and 2 of them are on their personal phones. No one is on sandwiches. Looks like the manager (lady with a flower in her ear) is doing just doing damage control. I’m one of two orders in the lobby and it’s been over 15 min to get a 4 for 4 and a Dave’s single sandwich only and a 6 pc nugget.
Got my bag and everything was in the bottom of the bag. Both the 6 pc nuggets and the 4 pc nugget along with the fries got were turned over to the point that it was just cartons on top of a mixture of fries and chicken. It did look like they were trying to train 1 employee up front but she got left there and got overwhelmed by 2 or 3 in-lobby orders.
The man who I asked to address my bag of mixed fried and nuggets addressed the issue but he didn’t have any gloves on and I noticed that I got handed the same greasy bag, so I’m left to assume he just walked out of my sight and put everything in the cartons with his bare hands. I guess I could have just done that myself… I can only hope that he gave me new items and used the same bag for some reason.
Edit: Got home. Confirmed that they just put the food back into their cartons and served it to me in the same nasty bag. He didn’t have gloves on when it took it from me and he didn’t have gloves on when he handed it back to me. There were still 2 nuggets at the bottom of the bag and the fried were just all broken and mangled. Looks like someone just grabbed them in a handful and forced them back into the carton. Basically 3/5 of our items are now inedible.
The Dave’s single burger is burnt. The greasy bag stained my seat…. I…. I just can’t. I should have saved myself the trouble. I won’t be returning to this location for a very long time. I guess the only item that survived this Wendy’s crew was my jr cheeseburger from the 4 for 4. I paid $14 for a jr cheeseburger tonight. 12/21...

The drive thru line was so long and I have a sleeping baby in the car so when I saw open parking spots that had signs saying “Mobile Order Parking,” I decided to do that. I order through the website and then I was unable to check in to the spot. I call inside and they inform me I must go through the drive thru or come inside so I waited in the drive thru .. What even is the point of these parking spaces ? They don’t do anything but misguide people. When I finally got to the speaker, the girl was very rude to me. She kept telling me I didn’t have an order here when I reread the order to her and the address from the website order confirmation. I finally just pulled to the window. The young man was very nice and grabbed the manager right away for me while the girl from the back walked up running her mouth. This was not a good look for this company. She was very unprofessional and also looked very unhygienic. The manager was able to get my order and very nicely explain the mixup. Once I got to the hospital to drop off my moms food I realize my order is completely missing items. This was the absolute worst customer service experience. I had to come back and take my car seat inside and all just to get my order right. They also can’t give names of employees if you want to contact corporate. Read moreThis experience was absolutely unacceptable, I arrived at this location at 11pm and I am just now leaving. I’ve been constantly asked to repeat what order I have, many different people coming forward not even knowing I was a mobile order. Then once I finally get to the window things start off extremely unprofessional. The gentlemen at the first window wanted to know what type of liquor he should be drinking tonight and asked me the customer for recommendations?!?! Afterwards proceeding into the second window, I was conveniently told that after my Whats now a 1 1/2 hour wait. Due to other customers becoming irate due to the restraints customer service abilities. That I will not be receiving my frosties. Which I ordered two. And that I wouldn’t be receiving my coffee. The only alternative I was offered was to force-ably accept a small fry and a 6 piece nugget. With a soda replacement, for my coffee. Then after I received my food, I was belittled and given even lower customer service than the already floor level experience. Due to my burger being bluntly cold.
After this experience and a few other bad experiences that I’ve let roll off my back. I could not recommend this location to anyone during dinner time.
